Dominique, the associate who came to pick up my Thuma bed pieces, was professional, prompt, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and made the pickup completely stress-free. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Based on this experience, I know exactly who I'll be calling the next time I need a pickup service. Thank you, Dominique, and thank you, LoadUp, for such outstanding customer service! read more

They removed my old mattress and set up my new one very efficiently and very politely.

Easy to set up and schedule an appointment for pick up. Instant quote, reasonable pricing to pick up 5 bulky items less than $300. Great customer service. Just note when you want a couch and love seat picked up. It looks like it's together but you have to select that option twice. I made an oops and only selected for the couch but I called and had them correct it. Very simple and quick to correct. Highly recommended. read more

LoadUp Junk Removal - Furniture is real, background is AI to let you know lol - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

LoadUp's staff seemed earnest in their efforts to do the best they could. The system the company has in place leaves a lot to be desired. Because of this system I was made to wait for over 2 days for a simple bed assembly. I had to sleep on the couch one night because of this. Their staff loaded up my old bed but did not assemble the new bed and then left me hanging. The company then could not find an independent contractor in the area to finish the job until the next day. I don't know that I would use this company again. What is worst for the company is I don't know that I could recommend them to friends or family. read more

Came on time on the same day ! Gave me updates throughout the day !! Picked up my piece carefully from my home .

Good worke. Got out my washer without issue. I thought the rate was high given the service requested but I was in a hurry.

Online appointment, no calls needed. Easy! Arrived within hours requested. Communication was great, made aware when they were coming, arriving, & job completion. All in all great job. read more

The LoadUp Team was prompt and efficient. They had to take a bulky message chair from the primary bedroom down a flight of stairs and they took their time with each step. Loved the experience!! I will be using your services again. Thank you! read more

The two loaders were very cordial and worked hard. Immediate concern that the "van" was going to be too small for the job. And it was too small. So we are left with having to deal with more stuff the next day. They brought most of it up to the garage. They never complained...I want that to be clear. The lady on the phone to set up this should be providing truck sizes to the client. To generic on the description. Trucks/workers should have support with boxes and black bags. We were told no worries on loose items. We had a lot of loose stuff that simple made their job a nightmare and us to assist with the only to empty boxes. No tools, except hammer to break down bulky items. All would have been perfect if the right size truck came and they had boxes. No cleanup. read more

Cheap, prompt, no hassles, no need to be present for a simple couch pick up off the street. Perfect

They arrived in the time window give and got right to work! They were super friendly and hard working! I would highly these guys... they were careful and did a great job loading! It was definitely worth the price paid for the job well done! Good value for your money! And there were some really heavy pieces!! read more

Ricardo was very polite and considerate of my time. He let me know when he was coming and arrived when he said he would. He was respectful of my home to make sure he didn't break anything when taking a very heavy mattress up my stairs. He took the box that the mattress came in with him so he didn't leave anything left over for me to deal with. Great guy and great service!!! read more

I was very pleased with Load up. First their simple quick quote helped me get the task done sooner without needed to do a lot of upfront research. The next thing was how quickly I was able to engage their services. I contacted them Saturday evening and was able to schedule pickup service for noon the following day. They gave me a window which is pretty standard, but what wasn't standard was for the person assigned to my pickup to call me directly and inquire "what time precisely did I prefer?" That was an unexpected bonus. I didn't realize that I should've listed the box spring as well and I hadn't time to disassemble the frame. These extra costs were very reasonable and handled with a single phone call. Easy peasy ;-) read more

Great service! Shout out to Ricardo and his team for taking some furniture off our hands. They were accommodating with the time, and quick to remove the items from our place. The junk removal service was well worth the cost. read more

I needed my old couch hauled away next business day as I plan to buy new furniture. I found LoadUp online and was quoted 104 dollars. Quote was immediate and if I had my couch as door pickup (left outside), I could save 5 dollars! I chose that option since I live on the first floor so my total was only 99 dollars. A driver was assigned and arrived sooner than expected which was great. The driver texted me prior to arriving so I was able to give him instructions on how to find my building. Overall great quality of service and I would use this service again! read more

Everything about this experience, from the first call to inquire about the service, to waving goodbye to my junk, was amazing. It was so simple to get a quote, secure a pick-up time, and watch my junk disappear! The day of pick up, I got a text to narrow the pick up time to one hour. Then, the couple who came to do the work texted with an arrival time and were exactly on time. They were friendly, worked efficiently, and were done in no time. If I ever need this type of service again, this is exactly who I will call! I couldn't be more pleased! read more

I bought a mattress from Cariloha and they sent this company out to take away the old mattress. The guys were absolutely phenomenal and quick friendly and caring about my property Thank you so much for great service read more

Our pickup was really smooth and the guys were super nice. They arrived exactly during the window we were given. They were quick with the removal. It took less than 5 minutes. read more

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES...STAY AWAY. I specifically asked if they could remove a basketball goal installed in concrete and they said they could. The guys who showed up didn't know what they were doing, started busting up the concrete, and before finishing they walked off the job (leaving a mess in my front yard). I then got an email from LoadUp saying they couldn't do the job. When I asked for a refund, they offered to give me back 10% of what I paid. read more

They picked up my Big Fig mattress in MO. Prompt, good communication, polite, quick service.

LoadUp was contracted to pick up a defective mattress and haul it away then set up my new one. Scheduling and communication with LoadUp in advance of the appointment was a breeze. Online or phone call scheduling, with even same day or next day appointments. Then, you can select from a clear delivery window with multiple time slots available. Once appointment is confirmed, I received several lead up communication including email and text. Day of appointment, I received a link to a status tracker and confirmation. When they arrived, they were friendly, fast, and efficient. Removal of the old mattress and set up of the new one was a breeze. They brought a team of three people and were in and out in no time. Grateful for their service. read more

On time, polite, helpful, and no hidden fees. A very positive experience from start to finish!

I contacted a couple of junk haulers and Load Up was best. It was easy to get a job estimate and their quote was far better than their competitors. The actual pick up of our items went smoothly and I was happy to finally get our old BBQ grill taken away as well as several other items that had been sitting in our back yard. I highly recommend LoadUp. read more

The best most professional and fast collected my boxes. I am extremely satisfied with their service. Good job !!!

Needed to have some large items taken away that I couldn't handle myself. Communication was good and they were very helpful

The local people who were hired to load and take the stuff away were very professional. The company, LoadUp, sucks big time. LoadUp provided very limited information to the local loaders. I clearly stated there was about 40 or more items but, somehow, LoadUp translated that to be 20 to 25 items. Therefore, when the local guys showed up, they weren't going to take the stuff, I had already paid over $350 for them to take. So, in order for them to take, most of the stuff, I had to pay them an additional $100 dollars. I'm extremely unhappy with LoadUp and I will never use them again. I will also be sharing this review on all social media platforms. You can't do stuff like that and get away with it. You're screwing the local loaders, and that's not fair at all. read more

The Team were on time and very efficient and helpful. I Appreciate their courteousness.

Large sectional sofa bed gone , and my back isn't broken. Sure I could have done it myself but this was so much more efficient I was able to have them come in 2 days which is probably how long it would have taken me to do it. I had a hard time with the website but that's not surprising as I'm technically challenged, but once set it was smooth sailing , I would have liked a little better communication as to the order . It was a 4 hour window chosen 8am to 12 and the guys showed up 20 mins after 12 but they were so nice and really attentive to not damage anything or scratch the walls or doors . Overall at the end of the day the service was great and I look forward to using them again. read more

We bought a new couch. Our old 20 year old couch needed to go, but we had no way to haul it away. We contacted LoadUp to come get it. We said if it could be donated, we would like it to be. I called on a Sunday around 9am and they came the same day around 2:30p. There was good communication and the two people who came were very pleasant and professional. They were in and out - easy! We are getting a new bed later this year and I've got some things in my basement that need to be hauled away. This summer I'll be calling LoadUp again and asking for RJ, the person who helped me with the couch. read more

The LoadUp Natiowide Junk Removal Company in Hawaii is an excellent establishment to have your disposable items removed from your home. Very fast, reliable, and highly recommended for all of your needs. They'll pick up your old stuff, e.g. old furniture that you don't need. In my situation, I needed to get rid of an old mattress, boxspring, bed frame, and an old loveseat. Made an appointment yesterday morning on Monday 2/24/25 via their nationwide number. The phone receptionist (Luke) was awesome during our phone call. He listened attentively and patiently during my call. His outstanding expertise made my experience easy and equally as great. Quoted costs were discussed and very reasonable as compared to other similar companies. An immediate email was received with an inventory of prospective items to be picked up, along with the cost pricing, were included. Noticed that while I was looking for a reputable junk disposal service, this company advertised that their costs were relatively lower in comparison to most similar places. Their online reviews were many and very positive. Other places had these issues. 1. Items had to be placed on the street. 2. Anticipated removal was 3-4 days later. 3. Extra costs if living on an upper floor. They came today, Tuesday 2/25/25, the very next day. Disposal movement was completed super fast. Am very pleased with this company. My disposal loader BrandonMarc was very personable and friendly. Very impressive results! Additionally, LoadUp Junk Removal also provides another service so that if your items are reusable and in great condition, they'll transfer your items to a noteworthy charity in your area. read more

Superfast with excellent communication and service. Scheduled after 8PM on Saturday and was completed by 1230 Sunday

Very easy scheduling, pretty fair pricing for last minute pick up, pick up was during the window of time given and professional.

LoadUp, fast on time pickup service, much better then the 800 option. Team was finished fast and clean. No problems, professional team, arrived and knew exactly how to solve the removal requirements. Do not hesitate, these guys are good and reliable. They show up on time and were prepared for anything. All good, will use LoadUp again soon. read more

Super easy and quick. Loaders followed the instructions I messaged exactly. I was short on time. The less I have to repeat myself, the better. When I send someone instructions, I'd rather they follow It instead of calling me for me to repeat it. Again, I am short on time. read more

I really can't recommend it. Things ended up OK, because I jumped through hoops to arrange alternatives. But when they missed the window they committed to (8-12 Monday), they said I'd be on the hook for 50% of the prepaid fee because I had to have someone get the items out on a deadline. They ended up picking up the items 3 days later than the window they agreed to. Wouldn't do it again, can't recommend it to anyone else. read more

Absolutely the best. Great price and affordable. Took away my old sectional. Will use them again.

Outstanding from the first call to the pick up. Actual personal telephone conversation and courteous and professional pick up person. I hightly recommend this company for pick up of large items, especially for the elderly. P Scheduling, payment, pickup was all very delightful process. read more
