I love it because I can run in and get one and then run a few errands after without looking crazy so this place really comes in handy. Today it was so nice to run in & now do a few more things and know a tan is developing and it won't ruin my coat. I also use their UV and red light here. Their red light machine is different than why I'm used to, I don't use it every time because of that but sometimes I do. Their UV booths are the best my favorite is the one with red light. This is worth the membership and I've never had to sit and wait for a machine or a tan it's like 30 min of my time & sometimes it's a great pick me up.

Since their operating hours are the usual business hours, I had to come on my lunch break. According to the reviews, it usually takes about 15 mins in and out. My appointment was at 1:15, I arrived at 1:10, but I think the person before me started late so Natalie couldn't take me in until 1:25. Ten minute wait time is not terrible at all, but since I snuck out on my lunch - time is of the essence! The whole process took about twenty mins in total, including getting in and out of clothes. I made the mistake of thinking I can get waxing done after a couple of days, but Natalie said no - unless it's for the girl downstairs. Other than that no waxing any other body parts. I do not have the greatest body and standing butt naked in front of a stranger was almost as uncomfortable as can be imagined. But Natalie had NO wandering eyes, maintained eye contact with me the entire time. (Bless you for that) Shes very polite, it was in and out really. I took off one star because of the receptionist. Natalie said no bra after spraying, and of course I didn't have a bag on me. So I went out of the room holding onto my bra....I asked the girl in front for a bag and she looked like she was not having it. (LOL) I then paid and then she tried to sell me a package.. 5 for $495 or 1 for $69.. (I might've heard wrong and I hope I did) because 5 single times is $345 so I'm not sure how the 5 for $495 would be a "package deal" exactly. And when she said bye, she looked like she was grieving for someones death. (my condolences if you really were) The girl she was training smiled and greeted me bye. LOL if you're not in the state to do customer service, maybe you should take a 5 min breather. Nonetheless, i would come back. Natalie was great. This tan looks great and super natural.

My only criticisms are I wish I could just press the start button inside the bed instead of having to wait for the lights to come on or pressing the blue button that's on the wall. It would also be convenient to be able to keep a bottle of lotion there but I get it. Space is a premium and people leave it and probably forget they left it there. Other than that it's pretty good. I haven't done the spray in this location so I can't review it. But they do offer it along with red light therapy in what looks like a giant shell.

I asked for clarification regarding the steep recurring costs because it did not align with the information online and what I was "sold" when signing up in store. However, the staff gave me confusing information with no clear explanation or support throughout the process beside stating that it was what I agreed to within my contract and that tanning is a luxury service. Additionally, I have not had a good experience with the bulbs in Beach Bum's beds. I regularly tanned for three months and after a few weeks of not going in, I am already back to my original color. Even worse, I have white, pigmented circles all over my chest and shoulders. They are concerning. (I am aware that I willingly went to the tanning beds and this is a risk of my decision, but it is unfortunate and not something I have experienced at other tanning salons/beds.) Brittany, the manager, was kind enough to contact me in regard to my concerns once I voiced my frustrations with the company as well as cancel my membership on the spot. The tan came out kind of streaky and uneven, which I could only chalk up to applier error. It looked like she was very heavy handed higher on my arms and then got lighter handed further down. My biggest complaint is the SMELL. I literally stunk like chemicals and BO from this tan. Idk if it was just my skin reacting to it or what but no amount of showering or good smelling soap/perfume made it go away. Wouldn't go back unfortunately.
