The tires were a very reasonable price, slightly less than comparable tires at discount actually, but the service fee was obviously a bit more which i didn't mind at all, because you're paying for the convenience and it was incredibly convenient having him come to my location and do the tires instead of me having to sit in the tire shop and wait. I would definitely recommend using this service, especially if you are busy and value your time. Absolute first class service had a very reasonable price in my opinion.

My son asked for a plug, but instead Doug installed another brand new tire. Moreover, my son was not told of the new tire or its costs until AFTER it was installed. They are dishonest when dealing with people who do not know better. To add more, my son was trying to call me because I'm the one paying to make sure I knew of the costs, but I was unavailable. This is the moment Doug took to take advantage of my teen-ager. If the sale was not dishonest enough, Doug then kept the original tire to resell. I've lived in Williamston for almost 50 years, I will never use this shop again, Bill's tire will be my go to now.

I trusted them because of my son & thought I could work things out with them but when I tried to talk to Zen he had a really nasty attitude at the start of the conversation very after I told him we didn't come to argue. I was disappointed because I had plan to use this shop for towing & auto service for both of my cars & had even referred 2 others. Thank god they didn't go. Zen & his wife were friendly at start. Zen even accused me of trying to get charity work but I messaged him multiple times & asked him for the price for both parts to be replaced on my car but he never replied with the full amount. I didn't asked for any type of charity work nor save me money. I have and will continue recommending them to people. I work as a courier and have had to be towed plenty of times for work and have had rude drivers and 3 to 5 hr waits stranded before with other companies so I had a lot of comparisons and I would if I could only use I85 towing. Also, as a female I felt comfortable and didn't feel like I was being patronized either and I have in past with another company my work uses.
