The other one had a board that was cracked almost completely in half. I have been unable to completely assemble the carts due to having to wait for replacement parts. I spoke to the replacement parts department and was assured that the parts would be sent. It has been 2 months and no replacement parts. I have sent numerous emails and left messages all with no response. My next step is to see if the company is registered with BBB and file a complaint. Addendum I just file a complaint with BBB Complaint # 48069071 Even though they are not accredited they have an F rating with customers complaining about not receiving replacement parts.
