We called Jim and made arrangements. Jim picked up the suv and dropped it off that morning, and texted a pic of dropping it at the shop. Monday, Matt called and let us know they would get started on it later in the week. After it was repaired, Matt took our payment over the phone and made arrangements for us to pick the car up on a weekend that was more convenient for us since we had to drive back up from Virginia to get it.
