There are two cash points outside and an automatic door so its easy to get in if you have a buggy or are disabled. Inside there is plenty of room but unfortunately they never seem to have all the counters open when I go in. The staff are usually friendly and helpful, I've only had a problem once and that member of staff hasn't been around lately so perhaps she has left. Like most banks they will try and sell you other products and services but I just smile and say no and they leave it at that.

A very busy branch situated in the pedestrianised area of the city centre. Queues can be long and…read morevery daunting but generally move very quickly. On the whole the staff are very friendly and helpful although they are a bit stretched as staffing seems to be an issue as in most banks these days. This branch has several cash machines both inside the building and on the outer walls and has a couple that also take in credits and bill payments so it isn't always necessary to queue, unless you so desire!

However if you need to go to the enquiry desk, thats a different story as in there wisdom they reduced the desks from 3 to 1 in last years refit, so can be a bit of a nightmare in busier times. Also seems to be a high turn-over of staff as you always get people in training Has 3 cash machines outside - and 2 inside (i think) Also has a quick deposit area inside which you can use if you are just paying in cash/cheques or paying bills
