If you go into the branch there is a phone to contact their HQ, saves doing it on your phone. There are usually three cashiers on when I go in so don't have to wait too long. They also have a play area for children which is handy.

The staff are generally very friendly and helpful but sometimes it is a bit fraught when they are busy. The parking on Fore St is now pay and display and this does mean it is easier to get a parking space if you need to go into the bank.
