There are two cash points outside and an automatic door so its easy to get in if you have a buggy or are disabled. Inside there is plenty of room but unfortunately they never seem to have all the counters open when I go in. The staff are usually friendly and helpful, I've only had a problem once and that member of staff hasn't been around lately so perhaps she has left. Like most banks they will try and sell you other products and services but I just smile and say no and they leave it at that.

The staff are generally very friendly and helpful but sometimes it is a bit fraught when they are busy. The parking on Fore St is now pay and display and this does mean it is easier to get a parking space if you need to go into the bank.
