Its a big store for Kilmarnock but not one of boots main ones so product ranges are very limited.At christmas time only they have a make-up trial area but the rest of the year they dont have this facility. You can buy medicines over the counter, cosmetics, toiletries and even attractive Christmas gifts in decorative packaging. One thing I hadn't seen before, when I called in yesterday, was the huge catalogue on a tall table near the counter (a bit like the ones in Argos) where you can browse through an enormous range of gifts and other products and order them, to be collected later. They also offer the service where you can have your own photos put on mugs, coasters, keyrings, etc, plus large canvas prints.
