My wife and I were lucky enough to choose Stephanie as our realtor when purchasing our first home this summer. She was very knowledgeable, responsive, professional, always enthusiastic, and above all, a great person to have in our corner during the home buying process. Stephanie's experience and knowledge of the San Diego real estate market really provided my wife and I the confidence we needed to make sound decisions about our home purchase. During the home search, she always asked to hear our opinion after each home we saw. Stephanie actively listened to our thoughts, provided her suggestions, and was quick to either move on to the next opportunity for us or begin drafting our offer. What we really liked is that she always provided her honest opinion of each home's condition, price, and value, but never pushed her thoughts on us. It was clear from the very beginning that she wanted nothing more than to make sure we ended up happy and in the right home for us. Stephanie's talent and expertise really shined when we put an offer on our dream home and kicked off escrow. She clearly communicated her role and made sure we understood what to expect at each stage of the process. She was always quick to respond to any of our questions and asked questions of the seller and the home that we had not even thought to ask. Stephanie was a constant voice of calm and confidence during this nerve wracking experience. When we finally closed on the home, it was no surprise that Stephanie was just as thrilled as we were. We would not have ended up in the perfect home in a gorgeous neighborhood without the help of Stephanie and her team. Overall, Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and we would confidently recommend her as an amazing, strategic, and trustworthy real estate agent to our friends and family. read more

Stephanie Lloyd is the most wonderful realtor! She recently helped me sell my bungalow in Kensington. It couldn't have been a smoother and sweeter process. The house closed escrow in less than a month and sold for above the listing price. It was my first home sale and Stephanie walked me through the process with patience and care. She answered all my questions in a timely and thorough way. Stephanie's fun-loving spirit came through her encouraging texts and easy laugh! Stephanie also went above and beyond in helping me stage my house. No matter it was during the quarantine. She lined up early one morning to shop for art at the one store we could find open! She was conscientious about health and safety, letting prospective buyers in one at a time, with masks of course. She did some fun marketing, offering a care package with toilet paper to the future buyer! Stephanie Lloyd has deep knowledge of the real estate market and a warm, caring heart. I can't recommend her highly enough! Who else makes selling a house a fun experience? read more

When it comes to finding and working with a real estate professional, knowledge, trust, customer service, and execution are all essential. Property, whether rented or owned, is one of the most important financial decisions and investments anyone makes and you want someone who has the knowledge, skills, abilities, and track record to hit a home run. Most of all, you want someone with whom you can build a lasting relationship; not someone who's only focussed on a transaction (and their commission). While everyone's experience(s) are different, I've had the pleasure of working with Stephanie in multiple instances and she consistently hits a home run. #1 The first time was walking through downtown San Diego last spring looking at investment properties. As a native San Diegan, she knew the local markets very well. During our tour of downtown SD, I stopped to look in the window at another real estate company's listing. Suddenly, out of nowhere, an agent appeared and started bugging me, relentlessly, for me to give her my email, even though I constantly refused. The whole experience was shocking and, as we walked off, Stephanie was disappointed in an approach that didn't put client needs first. #2 I recommended a colleague from SF who was looking to move to SD in touch with Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure that she could find him his ideal home in the perfect San Diego neighborhood. She also put him in touch with various job leads for his wife in the area! #3 Stephanie has also been helping rent one of my investment properties. Her expert advice has truly been invaluable in helping me find the perfect tenant. Her knowledge of real estate law, state and city regulations helped make the entire process a breeze. When it comes to finding an ideal real estate professional in the greater San Diego area,I recommend Stephanie Lloyd; she is a true Real Estate Rockstar! read more

We hired Stephanie as our realtor and she went above and beyond for us. She was available at the drop of a hat which is key in this market. After we closed, she continued to help us with some construction we encountered. We highly recommend her! read more

My husband and I just closed on a house, Stephanie was our Realtor, and I honestly cannot recommend her more. It would be an understatement to say that she went the extra mile for us. Our search took much longer than we expected, because of a house that fell through for reasons outside of anyone's control, but she worked with us the entire time and made us feel like we were the only clients in the whole world. And we are very new to San Diego, so her experience and insight with this market was exactly what we needed. In the end, we found the perfect home for us, comfortably within our budget, and she even fought hard for us to close exactly on time and with some additional concessions from the sellers for some needed repairs. If you are in the market for a realtor, you should absolutely pick Stephanie. We are still incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and I'm sure you'll feel the same way. read more

Stephanie is an amazing realtor and my husband and I were so lucky to have stumbled across her at an open house. She knows the areas well and she truly listens to what the buyer is looking for. As I said on Zillow, after working a with a few not-so-great agents I had lost a lot of motivation for house hunting. A few months after, I was referred to Stephanie by a friend and working with her renewed my hope for finding a home (which she ultimately did!). Stephanie's level of professionalism and expertise is only matched by the level of personal care she puts into her work. She was very attentive to my cares and concerns about what I was looking for and always nurtured open and honest communication about feelings towards properties. I never felt rushed or pressured (Like I did with the other Agents I worked with) into making any decisions. It felt like she treated my purchase with the same care as she would her own. In a fairly short amount of time she was able to find a home that was a perfect fit for me and I couldn't have been happier or asked for more. I can't never thank her enough for the long hours she worked to make this dream come true. I have been recommending her to all my friends who are even considering buying property, 100/10! read more

When we came across Stephanie by a referral, we thought she was the answer to our prayers, because we were unhappy with the misrepresentation from our previous Agent. She was friendly and very positive/ cheery. We felt very happy to find someone that was not a SHARK (as she named off our previous Agent) and that was willing to help my husband and I sell our home, being open to take some education on energy efficient programs in order for the home to sell. She seemed down to earth and not money hungry. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. As we got to know her better it all became a huge LIE. She is so unprofessional and sloppy in her work. First of all, she only communicated with my husband about any so called updates like showings, open house, AGENT/INVESTOR CARAVAN (That was all a lie, acting like there was a large group that came by, but no one showed). She lost the initial keys we handed her to our home for the lock box and then asked for additional keys and somehow forgot about that. She does not express herself professionally about others, specially her clients using words like SHIT HOLE for homes in many occasions. We feel she didn't work very hard in the sale of our home, because there was one very interested offer and she made it clear that was the only offer, therefore she refused to keep trying for better offers. Many of our showings happened at inappropriate times, while we were still in the home. There was minimal communication between her and I. At least with our previous agent showings happened by Appointment only! We had an inspection set in the evening, and they showed up hours prior, and even in the inspection photos show our son sleeping in the room. No new updates like, closing escrow, Final walk through, Appraisal, Correction notices were given within a proper time frame, all just happened as we would text/email her for any updates. We were not kept in the loop of things even after we requested them. read more

Stephanie Lloyd and Lloyd Realty Group were an absolute pleasure to work with. I was a bit nervous about the process of selling a property for the first time and Stephanie made it completely stress-free and seamless. She is exceptional at communication and made sure that every person involved in the transaction, from other real-estate agents to escrow officers, were well-informed, aligned, and completing all necessary tasks. Most importantly, she operates with kindness and integrity; as her client I knew I could always trust that she had my best interests in mind. read more

There are no words to describe how glad I am that we chose Lloyd Realty to sell our condo. I had a lot of anxiety about it to begin with because we had a tenant living there and some administrative stuff to deal with concerning the HOA. Stephanie handled it like a pro and made the process so simple with no stress. She was always easy to get ahold of, very proactive, and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone and would give her 10 stars if I could! read more

Stephanie is a positive and intelligent person. Her can do attitude and quick response to your calls is a huge difference from other relators. She treats you like a person not just another sale. I went through 4 realtors before I landed on her. She is the very best by far. She is hungry and ready to make your house dreams come true. She is open to all types of folks! Very gay friendly without the diva type attitude. Do yourself a favor and give her a call before she gets to many clients to handle! read more
