I have been with the Lloyd Group, just under a year. I am very pleased with the service I have received. They are not content with taking your money, investing it and sitting back and watch the market. They actively monitor you accounts and make adjustments to ensure your money is growing month over month. I recently move money from another fiduciary because they were not doing as good a job as the Lloyd Group. In fact this company lost 16K in less than a year. When I inquired about it they were like, the market has been a little dynamic. I was also a little dynamic, as I transferred my funds out of their control. Lloyd group is the best. I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. They are accessible and return calls promptly. They are truly concerned about making my money grow so it can last for the long term. From repeated contacts with the representative assigned to us, it became apparent that our measly $200,000+ account was chump change to them. The rep was either unable or unwilling or disingenuous to answer our questions. Our request for an appointment with Mr. Lloyd to discuss our concerns in person have gone unanswered. Also, we calculated that if, at the time when opened the account with them, we would have instead bought VTI (Vanguard Total Stock Market Index) ETF, then, as of December 31, 2022 it would have been worth more by $75,500. My wife and I have our life insurance with Mark and my family has a sizable portfolio of investment vehicles with him as well. He is courteous and punctual when it comes to responding to requests and has a team of professionals that back him up at every step. His offices are warm and inviting and you can tell that he knows what he is doing when you ask questions about the product you are buying (in my case live insurance) as he knew the answers off the top of his head and upon review they were exactly the same as what was on the company prospectus. Who can remember that many minute details for all the products been offered considering they change almost daily based on market performance! I would recommend that anyone that is just starting out or has loved ones that depend on you for livelihood talk to mark about protecting your assets with responsible insurance and investments. read more

After discussion and advisement I invested a large six figure amount in a recommended annuity with the Lloyd Group in January 2018. As of November I have not made one single cent. Any nominal interest rate should have added 20 to 40 thousand dollars to my account. I cannot move my investment due to horrible penalties. If you are going to invest in an annuity make certain that your fiduciary clearly explains all of the implications including the positives and the NEGATIVES so that you may make an intelligent decision. This company is operating in the 20 century, in my opinion. I was introduced to the Lloyd Group through a mailing and dinner seminar. They requested that we bring an inventory of our current investments for a financial analysis to a scheduled meeting. All was fine and reasonable till I walked in for the appointment and handed a two page form to fill out which was somewhat personally intrusive. What really annoyed me was that this form should have been handed out at the dinner meeting or emailed. I took this as an indifference to my valuable time. I expressed my disappointment in not receiving these forms in advance to find out that this company does not deal well with criticism. Mark Lloyd announced the meeting was canceled without any interest as to why I was annoyed. I would not trust anyone's investment advice who can't take the time to understand why a prospective client would be become annoyed with their operation within 5 minutes of walking though the door. read more
