Sat in the lobby for almost an hour past my appointment time while they helped at least a half dozen people who had walked in after me. At about 10:15 AM, I got an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and that I'd need to reschedule, WHILE I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. I am going to skip the details, other than to say I never saw my PA, she was AWOL from the practice, one person telling me she was scheduled off, the other telling me she didn't work there and never had. Dr. was not available - out of the office until October. Office manager was not available - hadn't come to work yet, at 10AM. If there was a way to give negative stars, I'd be doing that right now. Already found a new practice to see, they're finding time to fit me in Monday.

We are both healthy adults and she keeps insisting on seeing us every three months giving us the same lines and charging our insurance company for office visits. I was throwing up for years and the nurse kept playing doctor instead of referring me to a GI doctor. I had to go to a different doctor to get a referral to the Mayo Clinic, for which my symptoms were serious enough for a 3 week admission. Now they abruptly cut off refilling one of my prescriptions with no warning and didn't call it in temporarily despite the fact that I had made an appointment. I will be finding a new GP.
