Two weeks later I had to go to urgent care to get medication and I found a new doctor as well. This is not the first time I was ignored by Dr Giles. I had a visit with for my back because I was having severe pain…read moreand he diagnosed my problem as a pinched nerve that probably would only be repaired with surgery. I have n MRI scheduled for 10/23 and a followup visit on 10/24 to determine what can be done. I have heard through the grapevine that he has a bad bedside manner and I don't believe that is true. I would like to clarify that he has an excellent personality and is very personal and to the point and knows his business. He is a great doctor and explains everything that is going on and anyone who has said anything bad about him needs to rethink what they are saying. He is a GREAT DOCTOR!!!!! And so is HIS STAFF!!!
