I waited to write this review a month after my first session with Rebecca. Originally I had doubts…read moreabout hypnosis, but looking back I wish had done this sooner. I'm still amazed at how quickly and how well the techniques she gave me worked and I don't regret going to her for my first hypnosis experience. I'm sure I'll be back for another session in the future! Before booking a session, I emailed Rebecca with some questions about the process and to ask what the experience would be like. She was responsive and detailed and put my nerves about hypnosis at ease. Her online booking system could not be easier and there are plenty of times available that will work for all schedules. For the issues I wanted to work on, I went in with an idea of what I was doing well and what I wanted to improve upon. Rebecca is great at listening to your needs/goals and making recommendations on what behaviors you should try to work on for each session. Due to her collaborative approach, Rebecca tailored the information and suggestions during our session to my unique needs. From there the results I've seen speak for themselves - I noticed changes in my thinking and attitude the same day after our session. Make sure you listen to the recording of the session regularly afterwards, which is provided with the cost of the session. It will help you stick to your desired changes until they become habitual for you. If you have any doubts about hypnosis (I did originally) - I say go for it! It will be well worth your time and money and I could not recommend Rebecca enough for the personalized/friendly approach AND the results I've seen after working with her.

Per the recommendation stated on the Power Hypnosis website, I booked two sessions with Marc. The sessions were scheduled a week apart. After the first session, I didn't smoke again. 4 weeks now cigarette free. I really enjoyed my sessions with Marc (actually booked two more with him to help me manage some other personal issues). He is extremely personable and kind, which helped put me immediately at ease and open to the hypnosis process. Also, his space in the Gold Coast is so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend. Can't wait to work with him again.

Gina taught me how to use hypnotherapy myself, to control my anxiety, phobia and stress. She also introduced and taught me EFT (emotional freedom technique) which is a simple yet amazing tool. After my first session, I not only felt calm but also got relief from my chronic back pain(albeit for the day). That was the first time I realized my physical pain was coming from the emotional traumas that my body had stored. It led me to work on the emotional and psychological part of chronic pain, and I eventually become pain free after dealing with pain for many years. Gina is also a wealth of knowledge about wellness and health. I learned so much from her including environmental toxins, fluoride, water filters, Fumes that our mattress emit... Etc. it really opened my eyes to so many things that affect our health; things that I never knew about even as a health care provider myself! I highly recommend Gina Orlando.

I say Ray during a transitional time in my life when I was hoping to gain some clear direction and peace when I needed it most. Our sessions were in a comfortable environment and Ray makes you feel safe and at ease. As someone who is rarely at ease I can attest to the fact that he has a very warm and calming way about him. I found our sessions to be very calming, relaxing and helpful overall. I gained a sense of peace and the ability to let go of some emotional baggage such as grief and guilt I had been carrying around with me. Although not a miracle cure for my ills, I felt that my sessions with Raymond allowed me to clear my head and think more freely bypassing all of the things that weigh you down. I believe I completed 6 sessions total and felt that I had made great progress, enough that other people noticed the positive change in me. I haven't seen Ray in a while but I am hoping to make a few appointments with him in the near future.

After attending two sessions, I realized the approach was not a good fit for me, and due to a job change, continuing the remaining sessions was not feasible. I reached out to request a refund for the two unused sessions. I was repeatedly told via text that the refund would be issued "tomorrow," but after many follow-ups, no refund was ever provided. I have now been completely ignored despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly. I would strongly encourage anyone considering prepaying for sessions here to proceed with caution and to get refund terms clearly outlined in writing beforehand. I wish this had been handled more professionally.

He is not only extremely caring, but also very insightful. You may think you know why you are there, but Larry will uncover what is lying beneath the surface. You will focus on removing those blocks during the session. An aspect I love about Larry's method is that you are in a different room as Larry during the hypnosis. This will makes the session really yours. There are no distractions and there is no pressure. Then, after the session is over, you receive a personalized audio of the session To listen to anytime. I needed help changing the actual behaviors, at least reducing the response time before I remembered what to do and how to do it. Working with Sheila produced noticeable change, in some cases immediately. I was able to pause in situations that would normally have been very stressful, and make a clear choice in my response. Habitual and problematic thought processes just no longer seemed interesting, and my new choice opened up a much wider and more revealing range of interactions with other people. I now keep a running list of issues I'd like to deal with, and when I get three or four I call Sheila and we sort them out quickly. Sometimes I need repeated sessions on a particular topic, but I can easily see my progress as we go- which is very satisfying. Side benefit of hypnosis is leaving feeling like I meditated for an hour; I'm calm, centered, and focused- by the end, something I fail to achieve when I try to meditate on my own.
