In the early afternoon, they're much more focused on their cafe business than ice cream. The ice cream sits beneath silver canisters, so you can't inspect the product before deciding.
Their menu was organized by original, traditional and sorbet flavors. I tried two originals, the Cheesemariacake and Mascarpone Con Frutos Del Bosque. The ice creams were smooth and stretched apart like bucky balls. In the end, it was fun to tease and stretch this ice cream with a spoon, but I left feeling flavor-empty.
