Instead of only fixing my dent i left with a new paint job on top of the repair. Saul is very honest and explains the repair in great detail. I am a contractor so i appreciate a professional who explains in great detail how the repair will be done. I wanted my plastic mirrors painted which is difficult and not permanent. Saul explained that the mirror could look great but would have a shorter life or a little rough would last longer. Thank you for the education so i could make a proper decision. I went with the better looking. It looks great 4 years latter.I have take 4 cars here with great looking repairs. I got burned by another shop right around the corner. I walked around for 4 hours checking every shop in this area. Most work out of a cardboard tool boxes. I text pictures to Saul and set up an appointment so my car does not sit there. I usually get a rough estimate over the phone with pictures. I drop off the car and return to L.A. buy train. The train takes you to the border so i do not need any help. When you leave it's only 1 turn to get in the border line. Stop at Costco and pick up Tequilla and Mexican Coke. Across the street from Costco is the best T.J. tacos.

Cheap work can lead to very expensive damage…read more I would give BM Workshop zero stars if I could. I had my front lower control arms and front air springs replaced here, and I am now paying another shop to repair problems that appeared after their work. The air suspension was not calibrated after installation. A one-directional suspension bolt was installed backward, damaging a brand-new bushing. Even worse, the lower ball-joint bolt was left loose, and the ball joint subsequently failed. The suspension fasteners were also not tightened to the specified torque values. I still have squeaking and crunching from the suspension and am now paying to diagnose and replace newly installed parts. I asked BM Workshop for a refund, and they refused. I went there to save money. It has ended up costing me much more. Based on my experience, stay away.

NIGHTMARE!!!! I…read moredropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation at the Rosarito location, they told me the car would have to stay for 3 days!!! I went to pick it up today and they did NOTHING, they didn't change the oil or anything! ALL they did was test drive my car and when doing so they damaged it (my bumper was damaged). They never called me nor did they apologize. One of the technicians was laughing, he thought this was funny. I also found later after bringing the car home that the jack brackets were still attached. They had hammered them in, this also caused damage to my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I WARN YOU!
