Sparsely decorated inside with little extras the staff are really friendly and helpful and always give you a service with a smile. As you would expect with a local post office the branch rarely gets busy and often you can walk up to the counter and get immediately served a huge plus point. Car Parking is available at the rear of the post office but I have had trouble finding a space to park. If you are in the area and need to post a letter or a parcel don't bother going to the city centre but give this local post office your custom it would be a shame to see it go.

When the man snatched the parcel from the lady who worked there, I've never felt so awkward didn't know here to look and then he throws the parcel on the counter. The post office has friendly staff who are always helpful, at Christmas they always have a bag of sweets for the children. They are one of the bigger post offices in the are so they do sell car tax. They also have a very good selection of greetings cards , gifts and toys. Also there is a christmas catalogue where you order things , pay weekly and then near christmas once you have paid for your items you will recieve them . This is very good if you are short of money as it means you can budget for christmas over a few months instead of over a short period of time. The staff are always very friendly and love to have a chat with their customers and although the post office is small I have no problem taking the buggy inside.

It offers a much wider range of goods at much more competetive prices than the on-site shop. When we stayed at Brynowen we found that from our caravan at least Nisa wasn't significantly further to walk to than the camp shop so going there was a no-brainer really. The shop is very nicely presented, offers some decent promotions and the staff were all polite and friendly. There a cash machine outside although there is a charge for withdrawals so better to get cashback in the shop. Having said that you need more than a fiver to pay by card.

Nice surprise - before Christmas they open at 7.00 so I was over the threshold on the dot! The office has been smartened up since my last visit (in September) and the young lady behind the counter was cheerful, polite and happy to help me. At 7.00 am that's worth brownie points in my book. So a professional service in a clean smart environment. Yes, it can get crowded but the counter staff generally do their best under some pressure, especially at this time of year. I hope it continues to be as neat and tidy as it is now, as it's definitely more pleasant to wait for your letters/parcels etc.and I imagine for the staff too.

This wasn't the first time I've visited Slee Stores and I'm pleased to say it continues to surprise…read moreand delight and many different ways. The Postmaster, Matthew, was both courteous and helpful and his jovial personality gave me a lift as soon as I entered the store. The range of food and drink was exactly what you'd expect from a local newsagents, but it's the Post Office that is the jewel in the crown of Slee Stores. The efficiency of service, whilst multi-skilling on the newsagent desk was a thing of beauty - how Matthew effortlessly switches from one to the other really is a sight to behold. It literally took me a matter of a minute and a half to send my two parcels. I was offered the choice of both first or second class, which may be expected but is still a lovely touch. Whilst being served it was hard not to notice the super cakes on offer. Without doubt they are home baked and to say they looked scrumptious would be an understatement. It's this ability to diversify and move with the times which makes Slee stores the premier Post Office to visit in the area. That and the cheap booze. The only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars is because of a lack of a sign that instructs customers to place all parcels on the weighing scale. But I'm being pedantic - this really is a great place to visit and I look forward to the next time I can sample its wares.

The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to get to know and help their customers. I've often gone up with lots of parcels to post, and they've been very patient with me - even if I'm holding up a long queue of customers! Not only is it a very good post office with very pleasant people serving, but it's an excellent gift shop as well. First of all, there's a huge range of greetings cards for sale, and good quality ones too. Then there are all kinds of interesting and unusual gifts. I particularly liked the staplers in the shape of animals, and the sellotape dispensers in bright colours with little boats bobbing about inside! There were also toothbrushes with little moving sharks inside the handles, and mock drinking tumblers with ducks 'swimming' about inside. I only wish I'd bought more gifts than I did but time was short. I will definitely be back to buy more before long - if they haven't all gone by then!

Staff in the post office are polite however I would say that staff in the shop part need to brush up on customer service skills as they are non exsistent.
