Ashley met me at the front door, and went over the treatments, medication's and what I should expect, then offered me a drink and allowed me to pick my comfort station. Everyone here is a certified medical professional and great at their job! I'm the lady with no veins, and one of the staff who is a paramedic, was able to find a vein and get me hooked up in a matter of seconds!
