The customer service was prompt and pleasant. The restaurant didn't smell funny. They were out of rice and beans for the evening so we opted for the plantains instead. They said it would be about 7 mins. She gave us a realistic time expectation and and the food arrived right on time. I made it home 10 mins later and my food was still piping hot and the whole chicken was seasoned and juicy. The price was fair in my opinion and we will be going back for a second visit.
