This is my favorite of the little, downtown-LA-imported boutique stores (my best friend and I call…read morethem "ho stores") around here. Great selection of shoes, formal dresses, purses, casual/active wear, coats, and everything else. It's all cheaply priced (don't miss the 99 cent earring rack) and seems to have a high turnover, so if you see something you love, get it! If you need something for a formal, it's here too (I remember many of my friends buying prom/dance dresses here). The return policy is kinda whack (last I remember it was 14 days for exchange only) but I love going here whenever I visit Victorville to get my cheap thrills.

Unfortunately, this place will no longer be getting my business or my family's business…read more My wife purchased a $14 battery-operated candle from the Mercantile in Wrightwood. When she got it home and put batteries in it, it didn't work. We called the store, explained the situation, and also explained that we live out of town and wouldn't be able to return within their normal 7-day exchange period. We were specifically told by the manager/employee we spoke with that an exception would be made because we lived out of town and that we could exchange it the next time we were in Wrightwood. They even took down our information. We returned today expecting them to honor what we had been told, only to be told they wouldn't do anything for us. It's not about the $14. It's about standing behind your product and honoring your word. We did exactly what we were supposed to do--we called, explained the situation, and were assured that an exception had been made. To come back and be told something completely different is extremely disappointing. What makes this even more frustrating is that my family has made a point of supporting this small business year after year. My wife, mom, mother-in-law, aunt, grandmother, and sister-in-law all shop here, especially during the holidays. With everything the Wrightwood community has faced over the years--from fires and evacuations to flooding and severe weather--we've always felt it was important to spend our money locally and support the small businesses that help make this community what it is. That's why this experience is so disappointing. We weren't asking for a refund or special treatment. We simply wanted to exchange a defective $14 product based on an exception that an employee had already promised us. For a business we've intentionally supported year after year, I would have expected better customer service and for them to honor their word. Unfortunately, after this experience, they've lost our business. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Plenty of toys, snacks, and jewelry or cosmetics options. Definitely a discount store worth checking out. Many items less than Dollar Tree (so, under $1.25). Surprised that they were not yet on Yelp, so we added them. Hopefully, the community will give them a chance and find some good deals like we did. This place is on our list for our next visit to the Victorville area.

Not only did they have his exact size (which is rare when you're in a rush), but the service was amazing from the moment we walked in. Super friendly, helpful, and they really knew their stuff. No pressure, just good energy and genuine customer service. We ended up grabbing a couple extra pieces because the prices were too good to pass up. Great quality, great selection, and even better experience. If you're anywhere near Victorville and need men's wear, this spot is definitely worth the stop. We'll be back for sure!

This incredible local business is honestly so underrated!!! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Theresa and her husband are absolutely amazing at what they do. Two days ago we came in with a picture for a wedding, and Theresa nailed the color match 100% on the first try. I'm quite picky, so I was incredibly impressed when she measured my husband and was spot on with the size immediately. She is prompt and efficient, such a doll! It's such a relief knowing we'll have everything on time and perfectly altered. I was so happy with the experience that I actually went back in to pick up something for my son before we even left the parking lot! We've purchased suits here for our boys in the past including one for my oldest son's graduation, and the fit has always been perfect. What I love most is that they aren't pushy, they are just there to help whenever you need them and are so patient with any indecisiveness. Thanks again to Jerscheid's for the amazing help BTW, my son is in the middle of the pic
