First, and most importantly, the lamb meat for the gyro cones from the meat on a spit which constantly spins next to a hear source and the meat is shaved off. This is the true way to do gyro meat. No other place that I know of does it like this. The difference is amazing. I moved here from Chicago and thought I would never have a true gyro again. I am so glad I was wrong. The onions and tomato are fresh and delicious. The tzatziki sauce is the best I have tasted in Asheville. We got to meet the owners, Alex and Ashleigh Baxevanis. The tacos come plain, so I moseyed on over to the salsa bar and got my own onion, cilantro and lime. My daughter loved her fries. Food came out pretty quickly, but as soon as we ordered it got pretty busy so I am glad we arrived when we did. The only thing I didn't like was the CMT Music Videos blasting throughout.
