I came in for a 60-minute massage after a long flight from California, hoping to work out some of…read morethe stiffness and muscle tension from traveling. Unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations. The massage lacked the pressure and strength I was looking for, even though my goal was to relieve tight muscles. It felt more like a light touch than a therapeutic massage, and I left still feeling tense. I understand that pressure preferences vary, but I expected the therapist to check in or adjust based on my needs. I was really looking forward to this appointment after traveling such a long distance, so it was disappointing to leave feeling like I didn't receive the level of service I paid for. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

The decor was simple and the customer service was great. Since it was my first time, I complete the standard questionnaire; it's ok to touch here, not ok to touch there, etc. Once completed, I was offered a bottled water as I waited. I booked online and it was very easy, I arrived, as requested, a few minutes earlier to complete the new client form. Let's get to it I wish I had images of the room but if course, my phone died, ugh The room was cozy and the massage therapist, Mia was amazing. I requested lavender to fill the room during the massage and let me tell ya it was incredible. Mia did an amazing job and I slip off to sleep before I knew it. When she was finished, she gently let me know I could exit the room, at my leisure. There is no high pressure sales before or after to buy products or add upgrades to my service. I definitely, highly recommend Mia. Especially if it's your first massage, she makes you feel very comfortable and you will leave there feeling amazing. She focuses on the problem areas and it very easy going. After I settled the bill at the front desk, I was walking on sunshine. Great customer service, beautiful environment and incredible massage therapist. Check them out.

Extremely disappointing experience. The female owner/boss is pushy, overbearing, rude, and…read moreextremely money-driven. She repeatedly pressures customers to spend more money by trying to upsell them to longer massages or even four-hand massages, instead of simply respecting what the customer originally asked for. She doesn't even use her one hand. She stayed on her phone during my massage. The attitude toward tips is even worse. There is an obvious expectation that customers should tip generously, and if the tip is under $20, she acts unappreciative and makes it uncomfortable by pushing for more. Tips are supposed to be earned, not demanded or guilted out of customers. What makes it worse is watching how she treats the other women working there. They are polite, sweet, and professional, but she comes across as controlling and demanding toward them as well. The entire experience felt less like customer service and more like being pressured to spend as much money as possible. There is nothing wrong with offering an upgrade or mentioning additional services once, but repeatedly pushing a longer massage or four-hand massage after a customer has already made their choice is simply uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend management take a serious look at how customers and employees are being treated. Being money-hungry should never come at the expense of basic professionalism, respect, and appreciation for the people actually keeping the business running. The towels also had a sour smell. I don't think this establishment is using the correct detergents and cleaners in their shop
