Alas I am beginning to lose hope in all letting agents in Newcastle. Livingspaces are brilliant when it comes to accommodating for viewings and are very speedy to reply to email queries or phone calls. As I said in my last review they didn't complain once when I wanted to see the sand property several times! Unfortunately after moving in to a property managed by the landlord I found out that multiple lines of communication just hadn't happened! This ultimately meant that both parties were unaware of certain requests that were contingent on the move. That said it is all sorted now however when you pay someone a staggering amount of administration fees you expect better! read more
