I recently lived in a rental property for 2 years that was managed by GFW lettings. All the properties on offer do seem to be on the more expensive side but you are guaranteed a high standard of property which is important for fussy people like me!
It's worth noting that administration fees are slightly cheaper than most letting agents however with the monthly rent being so high you don't really save much.
Their inspections and inventory lists are the most thorough I have ever come across so if you're not someone who takes care of a property your deposit would likely suffer big style. When one toilet broke they were prompt to try and sort it as soon as possible but when we had other hiccups this could be a bit hit and miss. I often had to follow up emails with a phone call when I didn't hear back.
Overall not a bad letting agent and I would probably rent with them again! read more
