This location is brand new and they build a big, shiny building to support the area. Pay attention when driving as even though it's big, it sits back a bit and you may drive by it (hint: road sign). Desk staff was extremely friendly. They have a wait-time board up that shows their wait time as well as for the surrounding IHC clinics in case you just need to be seen a little faster. That was pretty cool. It took less than 10 minutes to get taken back and the friendly experience continued. They took care of our patient and made sure his concerns were addressed as well as mom and dad's. They spent all of the time needed and we did not feel rushed in any way.
