That choice can cost patients thousands of dollars but they can't be bothered even though you have to pay out of pocket. That's not something that someone does who cares about their patients. This is a practice for someone who doesn't have health insurance and wants to risk huge medical bills. But hope that you don't ever need a diagnosis code - to transfer care, to get treatment at a hospital, to go on disability - because our country uses diagnosis codes as the standard of practice, so their lack of interest in spending the time is at the expense of patient well being. Why would anyone pay for a doctor who does not care about their long term well-being or having thousands of dollars out of pocket because the provider doesn't want to learn diagnostic codes?

Within a short time, his condition worsened significantly, including a fever over 103°F, severe cough, and chills. When we called the on-call line, we were given unclear medication instructions that did not make sense. Attempts to get clarification resulted in long delays, and when the doctor finally responded, he was dismissive and unprofessional, telling us "that's for you to figure out, not me." We have since switched providers, and our son tested positive for Flu B--an illness that can be serious in children if not properly evaluated. This experience showed a lack of urgency, professionalism, and thorough care. I would EXTREMELY! advise against Dr. Moore to any family. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Not worth dealing with them - wasted too much time with this group and will be moving on.
