In addition to excellent house sound and stage monitor mix, James also provided the stage (the venue didn't have one), showed up early and had everything setup by the time the band arrived. We had them setup a sound system for a work event. We had a less than 5 star experience with Live Sound Audio. We have no complaints about reserving the equipment or the ordering process. However, the customer support while renting their equipment was sub-par ( you will be lucky if you get a text back). Trying to resolve the problem after the event was not fun either. Everything was our fault and no responsibility was taken for how they could have improved our customer experience or what they could have done better. It was our fault that we called the phone number that was given and we should have called a different phone number. We shouldn't have specified a wireless mic, because that meant they wouldn't set up a wired mic also. (Even though we payed extra for a wireless mic, and that the corded mic that was supposedly included in the package we paid for was missing the cord required to set it up). And finally, the sound system's feedback was caused by us changing the settings after the technician left, even thought we didn't change the settings. read more

We rented them for our wedding and James was helpful in planning and answering questions. However, the guy who delivered was hard to work with, rude and just plain lazy. He was difficult to give directions to, then a guest had to help him set it up as I was running around doing other things. Then, even though we PAID EXTRA to have him wait through the ceremony and move it all over to the reception hall, he left. And when we called him to say it was time to move it over his response was "do you really need my help?". Then we had to ask him to come pick it up early and even though we had already packed up all of it for him he was still angry when we finally came to get it and left without saying a word. read more

Many thanks to Live Sound Audio for helping with my stepdaughter's wedding yesterday. The basic package plus the lapel mic was exactly what we needed. The delivery and setup help was perfect and the staff were very professional. We used the system in one location for the ceremony music outside on the Delta King and moved it inside for the reception. It was very easy to use and the best deal around! I would highly recommend Live Sound Audio as an alternative to an expensive DJ. We set up several playlists on my iPod (ceremony, reception, dance music etc.), plugged it in and let it go. I have tried calling you since Thursday September 28, 2017, with today included. I also send two emails. To this day you have yet to either return my calls, my email or refund our money. Because you were NO SHOW /NO SERVICE. We were unable to start the event on time, we were forced to borrow a sound system from a relative. We had a terrible experience with James the owner of Live Sound Audio. First off, the equipment did not work for most of the rental time period. Secondly, all of the equipment that was rented was not set up. Thirdly, when discussing the issues experienced above with James the owner, he implied that everything was the customers/users fault and took no ownership. He offered no money back on a sound system that did not function for most of the rental time. He was unwilling to listen to a customers perspective. This business operates under the premise that, "the owner is always right"... not "the customers always right." read more
