We met with him in person for a consultation and talked on the phone to go over questions a few times. He even came to our rehearsal the day before the wedding since it was close to his office so that we could discuss the schedule and sound setup. The service is always spot on and there is never an employee who doesn't know what they are talking about. They also are more than willing to help carry equipment out to your car for you. Second - they remember you. It only took a couple visits before they knew my regular order and made sure to have it waiting. I understand they have some specific requirements (one reviewer complains that they they wouldn't help him because he didn't have a credit card) but with so much expensive equipment in one place and they being the only ones to offer such rentals, it's understandable that they will take great lengths to protect their merchandise. I've never been here where they haven't gone out of their way to help me or explored all options to make my rental a reality.
