I made a reservation with AutoMax for a family trip to Yellowstone that we had been planning for…read moretwo years. I clearly communicated our destination when requesting a quote online, as well as in person when I went to see the vehicle in person. My quote included "unlimited mileage" (see attachment) and the reservation summary that I signed also included a $0 charge for mileage (see attachment). As I mentioned, I also talked to one of AutoMax's employees in person and told her our trip was to Yellowstone. However, a week before our trip, when I called to confirm the reservation, I was told they do not offer unlimited mileage to my destination. I brought up the quote, reservation summary, and discussions with the employee but AutoMax would not honor their agreement. Any reputable business would have accepted responsibility and tried to fix the problem, however, AutoMax showed no willingness to rectify the situation. Their poor communication, mediocre customer service, and unprofessionalism almost cost our family a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Had I not called to confirm, I would have been charged close to $2,000 in extra charges upon return. I understand people make mistakes, but I also believe a business should do what's necessary to fix an issue that they have caused. If you use AutoMax, get everything in writing and confirm your agreement early and often.

What a fun night we had with MAASH service!! My friends and I were initially going to Uber to a…read morebanquet until one of my friends suggested that we go all out and utilize a fancy limousine service that he had used before to go to the airport to the banquet and show up fashionably. Yes, that was the greatest idea and we were beyond spoiled by Maash. MAASH works with a variety of clientele anywhere from CEO's for airport transfers, to a night out on the town to new customers like me who reserved for a couple of hours- pick up/drop off before and after the event. When MAASH first picked us up (we got a text with the chauffeurs information, he texted us when he was in route and he showed up EARLY!), the chauffeur showed up with a cute iPad sign with our group name, a cooler filled with beer/La Croix/sparkling water/normal water (water is standard but the rest were upon request and there is a small fee for it), and a fancy sound system in the SUV. The chauffeur was super professional and made sure we were having fun even before we showed up to our event. The entire experience was comfortable and the chauffeur asked us what kind of music we wanted to listen to and how cool we wanted it to be. He talked to us when we asked questions but didn't over insert himself in the conversation. The windows were also tinted so it gave us a super VIP feel. When he got in and out he opened the doors for us and checked the vehicle behind us to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything ( i know this because my friend left his phone in the car. It was absolutely easy and convenient to reserve a ride thru their website (www.maashluxurytrans.com), or email them at reservations@masshluxurytrans.com which is what I did or you can also reserve via phone 678-457-4203. I would recommend reserving at least 48 hours in advance if you know you're going to be utilizing a transportation service. The price is very affordable and reasonable compared to other transportation services I looked at and the price they give you is all inclusive (includes tax, 15% gratuity) which wasn't the case with the other ones! I will be using them in/out of the airport as well. They are pricier than UBERX but cheaper/comparable to UBER Black with for the kind of service i received and to have all their credentials is a win! If you're looking for a luxurious, upscale, reliable and professional limo service at a reasonable price, i can not recommend MAASH Service enough!!! I've only used them once and I'm already a big fan. Don't even need to look any further!

The passenger front blinker didn't work. The high beams didn't work, and the low beams were projecting 7 feet out in front of the car. The hub on the passenger rear was screaming most of the time. It was 100% a car that shouldn't be rented to people. Now here is the big kicker. I came to this company because enterprise has over booked and did not have a car for me. This seemed like an easy solution to me needing a car for the weekend. I originally rented the car from Friday to Monday and had to extend it to Tuesday. I had to cashapp them the money witch was no problem, this is a cash rental place anyway. The lady comes out to inspect the car and everything goes over smoothly. We walk back into the office to get my deposit and she takes a gasp and says well you took it out of state so that's another $107 and you were told that when you rented the car. I was not told this at all because I could have just went to the airport and got a car cheaper at that point and I wouldn't of rented from them. This total this POS car cost me 481.50 for 4 days. They are running a shady business here. I will be reaching out to the BBB about this, and I'll never recommend them to anyone. She gave me my $43 after she took $107 out of my deposit and locked the door when I walked out. If that doesn't sound like someone who knows they are screwing people over I don't know what does. Scam artists!
