I'm a legal adult, they are not allowed to contact other family members. my dad didn't respond as he left after they screwed up his crown 2 times. and when i get there i get told sorry, please come back tomorrow we can stay open late for ya. who outright just doesnt contact the actual patent that is going to have his teeth cleaned. TBW I'm 26 well passed the age the my parents would take care of my medical appointments etc. all in all they handled this terribly. this office is a hack, and i would stay far away from it. they have lost my whole family's trust and we have since moved to a different dental practice that actually cares about there customers and wants them to have good teeth.

He has his quirky dentist jokes and asks questions when he has his hands in your mouth! Be it the friendly and efficient office staff who helped with scheduling, the nicely set up online forms system or most importantly the dentists/hygienists themselves. The office itself is super clean and swanky. Preethi my hygienist was very friendly, thorough and explained very well to me every step of the way. Dr. Ramani, who seems like the main dentist here makes sure to stop by and discuss details with the hygienist and me at every appointment which I think is a nice touch and makes me feel more at ease. Without realizing it, Dr. Ramani spoke with my kids (10 and 8 years old) about their dental visit/health today and refused to update and or talk to me (their mother). When I confronted, they were visibly annoyed I inquired. When I spoke with her about them being minors and how inappropriate that was- she was rude and short tempered and said she was short staffed - which is no wonder as I overheard her laying into a poor employee from the lobby area when I arrived. Guessing they will still charge my insurance for a visit with her too....
