Needed a suit dry cleaned so I dropped it off and was informed new management would be in charge when I picked it up. Retrieved suit after 2 weeks and it looks good but paid $16 which seems high. I understand company sends dry cleaning out to Vermont. Since I know of no other dry cleaners in the area, I am glad to pay up for this service. read more

Put my laundry in a large washer and it wouldn't stop washing for hours. Called and texted the number listed in the paper on the wall. Left messages. Never got a call back. Had to leave and came back the next day. Laundry was gone. No where to be found. Still no response from owner. Washers out of order never fixed.. don't go here!!! read more

SCAM!!! Do NOT use this laundromat. The cards will take your money. No attendant in sight and if you call the number for assistance, you will be ignored. You can't even do laundry without someone trying to screw you now. Karma will put you out of business... read more

Be aware, they put a hold on your debit or credit card for each transaction and they do not take coins. I wouldn't suggest going here if it can be avoided. There are other laundry options in the area that are coin operated. read more

they put a sign out saying it's 24/7 service, I've been able to go late at night to do laundry been there until 12 one night and it was fine but went yesterday night at 8:30 went to the store came back at 9 and they locked the doors, mind you I still had wet clothes in the wash and can't get them until the next morning. They also put a number on there claiming it's the number to call if emergency but it goes straight to a taxi number.... This place sucks. read more

This business has a serious problem of overcharging patrons. Yesterday it cost $46.00 to wash and dry four loads of laundry. The machines took money (quarters) and never started($2.50) Another machine took extra quarters before it would start($1.00 extra). The Credit card machines overcharged us in the amount of $30.00 for both washing and drying . The telephone number has been disconnected, and the website offers no way to contact the company. I would recommend that folks stay away from this establishment until they can treat their customers honestly. read more

Why on earth isnt there a sign posted saying that masks are required? I had five loads of laundry to do, and during my time there, I counted 8 people coming and going with no masks. I realize the place doesnt have anyone there to enforce it, but at least put up a sign! read more

Nice laundromat. Place is clean-enough. They don't use quarters here except for the massage chair. They use cards for the machines - debit cards, loyalty cards, etc.. I like it. I checked my bank transactions later, the laundromat charged me correctly. I use my debit for the machines, soap, bleach, bags, etc. Tried the wash, dry, fold service recently. It was very good. Staff lady was very friendly, helpful, caring. I went to her with a huge basket of clothes and picked them-up a few hours later! Clothes were nice and clean, folded, wrapped in stretch-wrap organized neatly in my laundry basket. I gave a good tip and with the price I thought it was reasonable-enough. I'm never doing laundry again! I also enjoyed the massage chair, it was 20 minutes of moaning w/stress relief, wish I had one of these chairs at home! TV also had a remote. I was all set. read more

This place has really gone downhill. I've gone here for YEARS way back when the original owner had it. Then it was bought by the compounding pharmacy owners, now these new owners! Let me tell you something. The credit card machines that were newly installed in the last 2 weeks do NOT bill the correct amounts. It puts a $15 pending auth on the card for EACH SWIPE. So if you use 2 washers and 3 dryers its $15 x 4 pending charges! And this week the card machines billed my card the completely wrong amount! I only used $15.50 total between all the machines but had two POSTED charges on my card. One for a flat $15 and another for $4.25. None of these amounts adds up to what the machines actually cost to use them for the minute options shown on the machines. NOT HAPPY. Oh, and if you can't find a working phone number for owners try this: 603-348-5834 This is the registered phone # with the State of NH when they set up the business license. The 603-444-2757 phone number that they keep giving on Google search to the public is a non-working number. Don't bother asking the girl that does the wash\dry\fold for a phone number for the owners either. All she will do is hand-write a message with your name & number and tell you the owners will get back to you. I've asked for the owners to contact me about a refund probably 3 times in the last 6 months and they have NEVER gotten back to me even one time. Don't walk away from this business, RUN! read more
