Parents please read this review in its entirety *…read more My daughter attended this this center for 6 months. Our experience was a roller coaster to say the least! When we first started there, Cierra, the owner had a PT person who helped, and everything was going pretty smooth. Not too long after, the PT person was no longer working with her and she was on her own. After that, it's been down hill ever since. First, we had an issue with her having to pick up and drop off her own son from school. We opted out of our daughter riding with her initially because we didn't like that and we dropped her off after she got home and before she planned to leave to pick him up but that soon became an inconvenience. We would show up to drop her off and she wouldn't be there and we'd have to wait for her to get home, which was a pain because my husband and I work. We soon opted into the transportation, once we got comfortable and that made some things smoother. Our next issue was that she was always closing early or a full day, due to her own personal reasons and this was a MAJOR inconvenience to my husband and I but we tried to work with her on it. Later, we started to see a different side of Cierra, after being late one day by 2 mins (and also letting her know in advance). She had my daughter in a running car with her and was holding her in the driver seat with her. She handed me my daughter and told me "Some people have places to be" very rudely and got in her car. This wasn't her last time getting smart with me either, so my husband and I started inquiring for other places. The next issue was that she closes every Friday during the summer and expects full time pay. My husband and I agreed that when she turned 2, we would move on, which is early August. Welp, that time to move on came alot sooner because Cierra let us drop our daughter off after being out for a week with COVID. Mind you... I spoke to her twice during my daughters time being sick and all she told me was that she had to be out for a week. She told us, after our daughter was already there for an hour, that we had to come pick her up because she assumed we had a doctor's note, when she never told us we needed one. My daughter ended up being out another day because of that. Nothing is stated in her handbook or anything about needing a doctors note for COVID. This was the last straw and I immediately gave my 2 weeks notice. After the 2 weeks notice, Cierra blocked just me on the business FB page and removed me from the daycare app (WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS STILL IN HER CARE FOR ANOTHER 10 DAYS). I politely asked her about removing me from the app via text and she ignored me. I double texted her and no response. I needed answers and I went on the daycare FB group she is on to see if this is something I can report because her removing me made me feel uncomfortable. I no longer had access to updates or pictures of my daughter while in her care. Mind you... the post I made DID NOT state her name or business name. I was just inquiring about the concerns I had but I wasn't trying to put her out there. However, She knew the FB group admin and they informed her that I made the post (the reason they knew it could be about her is because I had messaged that person about already attending Ready Set Grow and putting in my notice when she tried to suggest them to me) Cierra immediately called me and told me to come get my child and that she is immediately discharged because I tried to bad talk her business online. I never stated her business name. So I went to get my daughter because at this point, I didn't even trust her with my child... she was being extremely petty and if she's treating me this way, who knows how she is treating my daughter. I picked my daughter up and she already had her stuff packed up by the door and was making smart comments as I was leaving. I let her borrow one of my daughters extra playpens and she basically tossed it out the door for me and said "won't be needing that" and other bs. She practically threw us out like my daughter was being evicted. RUN!!!!!!!!!!

I am so appreciative we were able to get our twin wild children started here. The staff are so communicative and attentive with our toddlers - I always appreciate their insights. My kids love going here and don't seem to miss us at all when we drop off because they're having so much fun and are always expertly transitioned.
