They don't value the children and the parents that pay so much money to have their kids enrolled at this center. Their directors are hardly ever there. Kacey had a vendetta against us for no reason. To the point that we were taken off our sons app without even notifying us and missing out on saving photos from those previous months in infant class before we completely took him out of there, they go through "teachers" like crazy. Half of them aren't even teachers. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this center to a parent. Not after what happened to my son and how we were treated. I will continue to inform every parent as much as I can about the negligence of this center. Don't be fooled by them. My review will of course probably be deleted as other negative reviews have been for this place. Please don't fail to look up their licensing through social services as there have been other reports on there of them being negligent and leaving children unattended in a classroom.

Amy, the director responds to any message promptly. The communication through the app and flexibility when we need childcare is unmatched. Multiple times they have caught when my children aren't themselves and identify they are getting sick. They treat my kids like their own and truly care for them. At the new daycare another family started soon after coming from a Good Time Out and had the same issue. They were investigated and were supposed to issue warnings to current families and incoming ones for the next year. They didn't. A neighbor enrolled their child, weren't notified and had a very similar incident happen. I had never been so scared in my entire life. Imagine daycare losing your child and trying to gaslight you that you never dropped him off.

Jen's Family Daycare  really feels like family (as the name implies).  We had a terrible experience…read moreat a previous facility, where my son really struggled (he was a late bloomer with his speech), he cried everyday, and I just felt like he wasn't getting the attention he needed and there was not great visibility to ease me.  We were lucky enough to get into Jen's shortly after, and have never looked back--the difference is night and day!  Separation is hard, but somehow, Jen was able to make him comfortable. Furthermore, his speech has flourished and he has since moved into the public school system, completely over prepared thanks to his 2 years with Jen! To this day, he loves to go with me to drop off/pick up my other two kids so he can say hi to Mrs. Jenny.  Some of the things I love about Mrs. Jen's: 1. The pictures. Mrs. Jenny posts pictures of the kids throughout the day so we can see all of the fun things they are doing. 2. Mrs. Jenny keeps things fresh! I've seen the kids harvesting grapes, collecting eggs, bouncing in a bounce house, swimming in the pool, playing on the play structure, having special water play with water toys, reading books, practicing writing, playing games on the smart board, arts and crafts activities, yoga, AND SO MUCH MORE.  It seems like every time I talk to her she has something new in the works for the kids! 3. The food!  Every so often, Mrs. Jenny will post a picture of food she made for lunch or breakfast and a comment about how well the kids ate.  And since my kids are picky eaters, I find myself asking for those recipes! "Mrs. Jenny's pasta" is on our regular rotation at home.  4. Mrs. Jenny goes above and beyond! For example--this last year she hosted a Halloween movie night on a giant inflatable screen in her backyard to celebrate the holiday with the daycare family! We all brought food and lawn chairs and it was a great time!  5. Mrs. Jenny cares about us all outside of daycare! I constantly find myself chit chatting with Mrs. Jenny at pickup and drop off about everything we're doing! 6. My kids love going to daycare! It's never a battle! And sometimes, they don't want to come home! Lol! I could go on and on! We love Mrs. Jenny's and highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare.

Some of the teachers were amazing and some were absolutely not. Yes, my child is strong willed but with a sweet heart. She started not wanting to nap (I understand it is mandatory to have nap time for daycare). I was called to pick her up one particular day and was told by a teacher, not a word from the director, that they could no longer have her there. My child is not violent, she just had a hard time wanting to lay there for nap time. Instead of coming up with a solution they just kicked her out. I moved to her to another private Christian School and have had NOT ONE problem, and she napped for the new teacher. It's about approach, and not in a my way or the highway kind either. Anyway! If you have a more energetic child and you don't want their light to be blown out go elsewhere.
