When my wife voiced her concerns about issues she saw, the director threw a fit and told us not to bring her back, then must if realized she was acting like a baby and allowed my daughter to continue to go there. We were in the process of looking for another preschool/daycare at that point. My wife noticed a bottle of bleach left on a cabinet that any child that could stand could reach when she picked up our daughter. The final straw was when my daughter was bit twice and dirt thrown on her by a child on the playground and obviously the teachers weren't paying attention because they didn't even realize she had been bit twice even though my daughter was telling them she got bit twice. We found place that we take her now and aren't worried when we drop her off that she might get seriously hurt when we leave. Please look at the state childcare website. There are over 30 complaints on this place!

The whole process from where to enter to the exit and everything in between was perfectly handled by the YMCA staff . They didn't miss a beat! All of the kids had about an hour and a half to swim before it was time to eat cupcakes and various snacks and watch the birthday boy opening presents. The YMCA didn't hold my daughter to an exact number of kids she could invite so there were quite a number in attendance.
