A few years ago we had to put our kids in another daycare for a couple of months due to a schedule change at my job. The other daycare had a beautiful state of the art building but the staff just couldn't compete with the staff at La Petite. We were so glad when we moved the kids back. Great school, they will take amazing care of your kids.

I would NOT recommend La Petite academy. My family is from out of state, and we had a family…read moreemergency, upon return La Petite dis enrolled her. Without notice, without warning, a child who has been in their care for nearly two years. The only way I found out she was no longer enrolled is because I wrote them an email, asking why I was unable to see the payment portal that is due weekly. Their response was she was disenrolled and they were sending the bill to collections so I am to pay it that week or else. There was no written correspondence of disenrollment, and they never once asked if my daughter was okay or thought it to be unusual her absence. A kick to the face for a 3 year old, and an eye opener for parents as it showed me how they don't care about their students. But they do care enough to send the bill to colllections. Business as usual, I suppose. Aside from that, just a few weeks prior she came home stating a child hit her, when I inquired about it the young lady I asked stated that the child who hits not only her but multiple children, is special needs. Which I believe was her justification for students getting hit. Said child had no designated class, and she reassured me, he was only in that class "sometimes". La petite is disorganized having children shuffle around different classrooms and transactional.

She was never in daycare until she turned four and it was time for her to enter pre-school, so transition into pre-school was a but more difficult for her. The teachers and staff were so helpful, though, and my little one always speaks so highly of them. When she went for her kindergarten assessment and orientation she ranked very highly in her aptitude test, so she is definitely being adequately prepared. La Petite also uses a great online accessible program where parents can see their children's meals, check in and check outs, and sometimes pictures and video of activities throughout the day. My little one starts kindergarten next year and while we are excited about that I think we will all miss La Petite.

My balance in tree pose has not meaningfully improved since roughly the Carter administration. Nobody has ever once made me feel bad about this. Henry has played flag football, basketball, soccer, and t-ball here, and the youth sports program runs the way youth sports should: low stakes, high enthusiasm, coaches who are clearly volunteering their Saturday mornings and mean every word of encouragement anyway. I've watched him learn to actually pass a basketball on this court, badly at first, less badly now. The front desk doesn't need to remember my name.
