I enlisted the services of TrueTimber to heighten the canopy of my front and back yards. Since I…read morehad used their services previously, I did not bother to get outside estimates. From my first interaction in scheduling the estimate, Sebastian coming over to give the estimate to their men coming out to do the work, I was 1000% satisfied. The men were extremely careful in their work and in avoiding any damage to my yard and property. They were true professionals, polite and informative. After they finished, except for the work they did, I could not tell that they had been here. I highly recommend TrueTimber without qualifications and feel that that gave me a fair price for the amount and quality of the work performed. It is a first class company!!!

We moved to Powhatan in June and the home we purchased had some pretty giant/sketchy trees leaning towards the house. Odell & team were super efficient and safe with the 8 tree drops we hired him for; they did an excellent job chipping/cleaning up & and laying out some top soil for us. They were super communicative, friendly and very reasonably priced for all their hardwork. If you need tree work or landscaping done, he's your guy!

The owner was great about showing exactly the work he would do and making sure we agreed. They called and came to do the work in just a few days. He has all the right tools. The stuff that would not fit in the grinder he had a lift arm to put it on a trailer. Very efficient crew of 4 guys I could not have been more pleased with the quality and price of their work. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism in reviewing the trees that I wanted down along with providing recommendations in identifying other trees that were at risk to our home. He also took the time to review trees that I could address on my own to take care of. Larry and his team were very expedient in their work where they had an impressive assortment of equipment to get the job done right. And in working with one family member that thought there was something wrong with a tree, he informed them that there was nothing wrong with the tree. A very honest company to work with where I would highly recommend.

My home was in need of painting. When I got serious about getting painting estimates I realized…read morethat all those tree trimming projects I had put off for years had gone way beyond "do it yourself" and were making it impossible for a painter to get near my house. I called Mark and he was able to see me for an estimate the same day. His estimate seemed reasonable but his comment that he should be able to do the work in one day seemed very optimistic. On job day, Mark showed up with a small army of guys who obviously knew their jobs very well. They went to work and, to my surprise, were able to complete the job in only a half day. I'm still shaking my head at the high level of professionalism Mark and his team brought to my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone.

We had two large trees requiring service, one over our driveway and one over a road. Both had us concerned that they could fall or drop heavy branches. Mark Tuttle came out and met with us, provided an estimate, explained exactly what he would do, and told us he would find a way to fit us in but that he was slammed (we appreciated the honesty!!). Since it wasn't really an emergency we told him to call us when he had time after the holidays. In mid-January, he called us with an opening, came with his bucket truck and two helpers, and carefully and professionally took down our trees (as requested), cleaned up, moved the wood away from main areas for us, and made sure we sere comfortable with what was done. His helpers were also professional and friendly, and the team even helped me with something related, answered my questions, and is back in our neighborhood today because our neighbors saw the job they did and hired him too! Above and beyond, great value, high customer service.

Moreover, even though the trees were in my back yard, they left my property looking better overall than when they started, blowing leaves and tidying debris front and back. Of course, the equipment left track marks in the wet yard. That is to be expected. I sprinkled a bag of clover seed in the tracks which was all that was needed to address it. It looks lovely, and now there is clover for the pollinators. And, did I mention their price was significantly lower than other quotes? They did not charge me until they came back and finished the stump grinding. A very good experience.
