We sent him an email with several questions, and specified things we were not going to spend money pursuing. His email response was telling us to to do things we didn't want to do. He admitted he did not read our email before he responded but he now understood our concerns, though he billed us for it he response anyway. The second email from him listed several things that would have cost more than what the neighbor was asking us to pay them. Two useless emails that we were charged for. $1,000 completely wasted. Also, early in the case they proposed--and got--, "a highly qualified individual", Jeanette Goodwin as Special Administrator but instead she mismanaged the estate and disposed of the estate assets at a loss prioritizing attorneys fees and evicting the decedent elderly father, a rightful heir, from his daughter's home in the middle of the pandemic. They are good attorneys but only for people like my sister's "most trusted friend", a forger and others only interested in profiting from heirs and their estates.
