My Heartfelt Review for Notre Dame Academy Our family is…read morebeyond grateful for Notre Dame Academy. This school has truly been a blessing in our lives, and the impact it has had on our children is something we will always appreciate. My children have been part of this program from infancy, through toddler years, and now into school age, and we have watched them grow, learn, and thrive every step of the way. They didn't just attend this school -- they grew up here. They love being at Notre Dame Academy, and as a parent, I trust this school 100%. That level of trust is priceless, and every parent deserves to feel that peace when leaving their child in someone else's care so they can go to work with confidence. At Notre Dame Academy, my children are learning so much more than academics. They are developing literacy skills, social skills, problem-solving abilities, and even learning cooking and Spanish through enrichment programs. The learning is hands-on, intentional, and meaningful. During the summer, the school offers an amazing summer camp experience with water days, special activities, and even a petting zoo, creating memories my kids talk about long after the day is over. What truly sets this school apart is the care and heart of the teachers and staff. They are patient, loving, and genuinely invested in each child's growth. My children are growing alongside their friends, building strong relationships, confidence, and life skills. Every day they come home happy, excited, and eager to share what they learned and discovered at school -- and that says everything. Safety and cleanliness are extremely important to our family, especially because my daughter has severe allergies. Knowing that my children are in a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment gives me complete peace of mind. I feel confident that my children are protected, respected, and truly cared for here. Notre Dame Academy does an incredible job of nurturing children while preparing them for what's next. Because of this foundation, my kids transition into new schools feeling confident, capable, and ready -- often even ahead of where they need to be. We are so thankful for Notre Dame Academy and the role it plays in helping raise our children with care, structure, and love. This is more than a school -- it's a community that supports families and helps children grow into their best selves. Sincerely, Louis Jones

My son was only 3 years & 4 months when he started and I wanted him to gain a social relationship with kids his age and in the past 5 months I have watched so many skills come to life. I love being able to see my son excited to attend school 2 days a week and hoping to move him up to 3 days next year. If you are looking for a school that will give ur child Social skills, Language development, Music & Art development this is the place to be. Thank you Ms. Nikki!

Anyway, she is so fantastic that I want to be sure all can read this when looking for a place to educate their children. I am so thankful that we have found this gem! Ms. Nikki's preschool was our second preschool. I enrolled my children based on three things - the recommendation of many friends, location, and that I could have my 3 and 4 year old attend at the same time/same place. Little did I know how much we would all LOVE this school! The environment is nurturing beyond words! Children are addressed as friends, and more than that, they are treated as such. The teachers (used to be her sisters - this year Ms. Nikki is flying solo with parent help) last year were silly (in a fun way!), enthusiastic, kind, and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the children. There has always been an easy relationship with parents. I was very comfortable asking questions and addressing concerns (another little one was often very physical with others - nothing with the school itself). My concerns were dealt with professionally and thoroughly - all while being considerate of said child. The students are taught age-appropriate skills. The activities are productive and poignant as they are aimed at fine tuning children's abilities. This goes for physical, intellectual, AND social skills! The kids have fun (!) and are KNOWN and VALUED. Here is an example - one day we were late. It was time to go to the gym and my child had missed the time allotted to practice writing her name. As I transitioned her from "goodbye" to "now get in line with the others go to the gym" Ms. Nikki came up and asked my daughter if she would like to stay and practice her name before heading off to play. She did - and so Ms. Nikki sent the class off with her sister and stayed behind for my child. That is extraordinary! I was impressed with the number of return families. Children were there because their older siblings had attended and mom and dad were very happy with the school! Now I am happy to be one of those return families! Lastly - Ms. Nikki takes a personal interest in her students. When she was invited by a child to attend the child's church performance she went. It was fun to see her - but it was more fun to see how many of the children there recognized and loved her from years past! For these and for many other reasons I rate this school as high as I can!

What really sets this school apart, though, is the staff. Every single teacher and team member we've encountered is warm, attentive, and deeply invested in the children. They don't just "watch" the kids, they engage with them, encourage them, and celebrate their milestones like they're their own. A special thank you to Ms. Sam and Ms. Maddy, who care for my daughter so thoughtfully each day. They have made such a meaningful impact on her growth and happiness. I also want to recognize Michelle ("Shells"), who helps run operations and has been an incredible asset to our family. Her support, communication, and presence do not go unnoticed. There's also such a strong sense of community here. From day one, we've felt welcomed and supported, and it truly feels like my daughter is being cared for by an extended family. We also greatly appreciated the extended hours and the school's accessibility throughout the day, which made an enormous difference in accommodating our busy family schedule. Beyond the classroom, the school created so many meaningful opportunities for families to be involved. From holiday performances to festive celebrations and special events, these experiences fostered a wonderful sense of community and allowed us to share in so many memorable moments.
