I couldn't, so I walked away. Ricky Dickson, Blue Bell's former CEO, might be disappointed that a Blue Bell lover didn't get the chance to taste more of his yummy flavors! I hope the shop considers allowing at least two samples so customers can enjoy choosing.

This was not your average souvenir shop that you find all over the area. There were so many items that I have never seen before any where else inside this single-story retail shop. There were a lot of artisan made craft items from around the country made of food, soap, jewelry, glass, you name it. They actually make a point of not having anything made in China at their shop. They also offer a few charitable items to benefit some worthwhile non-profits. For such a small retail space, they certainly had a lot of intriguing and interesting items that were well merchandised within that space. If you find yourself walking along Austin Street with their line of retail shops, this place is definitely worth stopping in to see.

I decided to buy a swim mask for our granddaughter- seemed to be a really nice mask with fabric closure -good for girl's hair. Mask was more than gift card so I put the difference on debit card. Our granddaughter Was excited about her mask until she tried it in our pool and it immediately leaked- not good and no way to exchange since we live in Dallas. I called the store and spoke to Carrie and she said not to return the defective mask but she would refund money for it - a few days later I received money that I put on my debit card but not the gift card money. We felt the Store personnel was not honest regarding this issue and we will not be returning the next time we are in Rockport. Buyers beware!

They have all kinds of the weird novelty stuff that you need when you go to the beach! They've got a huge variety of seashells (few, if any are local) that are beautiful, and would look great in your fish tank or home's seaside scene! They've got postcards to send to your friends, and all kinds of things that say "Rockport Texas" on them. Need a novelty bottle opener? They've got 'em. Seashell covered treasure chest? Check! It's like Davy Jones' locker in here. They've got the largest selection of stuff made out of seashells that I think I've ever seen. It's like they've raided The Little Mermaid's parent's underwater castle, and are selling off the conch shell chandeliers, oyster shell light switches, and weird nautical works of art. The staff is friendly, and seem happy to have browsers and window shoppers come through. Parking is easy, and it's in a row with a bunch of other cool shops along the same street.
