She has a family pass and she and her children use many of the facilities and programs of this new and well-used community asset. She was allowed to sign in and show me around as a guest. I was impressed by the wide range of activities, classes, and senior services going on during my visit. Lots of parking and the building is easy to navigate and barrier-free for the mobility impaired. As soon as I get settled in I plan on becoming a member.

The only young lady I meet first and gave me a tour was nice! After that, front desk staff are short, lack costumer service and knowledge about the initial app.process. All they kept saying.. go online, we don't know, we can't do much! Ask for the manager! Then called her no answer! Trying doing application got tons of emails/sign, upload . Then, an alert ..congratulations all good go pick up cards! Went there, they checked , nothing! Again asked to speak to a manager and Lord! As if I'm asking for Google CEO! Insane, frustrated! But so quick at processing my payment!!! The anxiety! Called once again! Night manager, I can't do much, call back tomorrow! NOPE! Thank you! Asked for refund! Sad sad! HORRIBLE! Zero starts for me!

My twin 3 year old sons spent all summer learning with Miss Kristina. We did the isr program to…read morebegin with for 6 weeks 4 days a week then weekly for 3months straight. The boys have always loved swimming but so much that they were fearless and quite frankly unsafe. The investment in this type of lesson to me was priceless because I would pay any dollar amount to bring them back god forbid. (There are scholarship options avaliable we were awarded a first responder one) The lessons are frequent and short and the boys developed a healthy respect for the water quickly. They ask to go in and can now swim to the side and float to get air. All the neighbors are shocked by their abilitity to swim. Most people say I need to do that but had put it off or I'm scared my kid won't like it or do well and I say do it yesterday! One of my children thrived in this type of lessons and the other cried most days untill one day he didn't. We stuck it out through the tears the shenanigans the I don't want to go to swimming. We went again and again because swimming is a non negotiable life skill. (We let him quit ice skating lol)Miss Kristina was so patient with my strong willed children and by the end of it he was so proud of himself and Ps the one that cried is a stronger swimmer now go figure.

She has a true fear of the water and we…read moretried group lessons, private lessons and they all ended up making her more afraid of the water. I did not know if she would ever learn how to swim. I did a Google search and found Kourtney's Kause and how it came to be. All our family wanted was to make sure our kids were safe in the water. I have taken care of children in the PICU that have drowned and know all too well the ramifications of kids not knowing how to be safe in the water. Well this program was a life changer. Miss Kristina has helped guide my 9 year old daughter overcome her fear of the water. She started with barely touching her face in the water with her eyes closed to falling in the pool, finding her float and swimming to safety in 3 weeks. We cannot begin to express our gratitude for helping our youngest daughter learn to safely swim. Our oldest daughter had a wonderful experience with Miss Elizabeth teaching her how to improve her stroke and coordinate her breathing. We are forever grateful and highly recommend them.

They couldn't wait two days for the deposit and they give my son's birthday to another family. Complete bullshit complete clowns. I've spent months of money there for my son not to be able to have his birthday party. My wife got a call didn't answer and she returned the call. She left a voicemail and because they didn't see it till the next morning they gave the party to someone else the night before. The service here is not cheap and I expect better customer service somewhere else. Thank you will not be coming back. Please save your time and money don't come here. It's already expensive as hell to not get priority especially when you say to the person on the phone "we do want the spot".

In our first class I allowed Chewy to hold the baby and pull her through the water. It was fine, but he got her ears wet inside and she also choked and coughed on some water. So at the top of the second class, I stated I would prefer to hold her myself and copy what he was doing. He grumbled about it, stating that he was the teacher and we have to trust him. I told him it wasn't personal at all, I was just more comfortable holding her myself since she is still so little. I thought everything was fine, but when we entered the pool for the third class, Chewy stated that if we were not going to cooperate and allow him to hold the baby, we could "leave the pool." He kicked us out of the class for wanting to hold our own baby!! I could not believe it. The owner, Jim, was nearby. We went to speak with Jim and he said it was fine to hold our baby and allowed us to continue in the class. Chewy did not look at or speak to us for the rest of our time there. Extremely unprofessional young man and does not understand working with small babies and their parents. We paid $92 for three classes that lasted 25 minutes. I prefer not to spend that kind of money to be treated that way.

Absolutely do not recommend this place for swim classes…read more The instructors are young men who never introduce themselves or explain what they're doing--they just begin handling the kids without any communication. At the end of class, they don't inform parents when it's over. They just walk away and leave the kids in the pool. During one class, my 3-year-old daughter was left unattended and nearly drowned. I had to jump in and pull her out by her leg. The male lifeguard on duty was on his phone and didn't notice. What's worse--neither the instructor nor the lifeguard asked if she was okay afterward. No apology. No concern. Nothing. When we came back for the next class, the staff made me feel very uncomfortable. My daughter is now terrified of the water, and I honestly felt like they didn't care at all. I submitted an incident report and spoke with the director, but there was no follow-up or accountability. Also, the changing rooms are always dirty and soaking wet. My kids even thought the puddles were pee--disgusting. This place is not safe or sanitary. Please do not bring your children here.
