It really is set up to be like a retreat and conference center, so the name isn't just for show - you can tell that they've really thought about how to make spaces that work for those types of events/ situations. For example, there are plenty of different meeting and conference rooms, and they have a FULL gym, not just a treadmill and some weights like many other places. See the pics for what I mean! They also have a cool lounge area, complete with an open fireplace in the center of the room. Both my mom and I thought how cool it would be to be sitting around there in the fall. They also have a pool and hot tub, like many other hotels. There's a sauna in the locker rooms, which I thought was pretty cool, and it looked nice but we didn't decide to go in. Speaking of the locker rooms: they're also very nice! Definitely well-kept. The views from the hotel rooms are also STUNNING (and I do believe all the rooms are on the same side of the building, so all have the same view). The pictures unfortunately don't do this part justice. Because it's truly out in the middle of nowhere (only about 15mins from the main part of town though), there's just pretty land for as far as you can see. The rooms are pretty standard: two queen beds, a fridge, keurig with a few options, bathroom with shower, and closet. No microwave in the rooms, but there was one downstairs where they had the ice and coffee. I appreciated that they had more than one type of flavored creamer (powdered). I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but I got some because they had amaretto flavor, and it was good!!! At first because the drive there was so quiet and empty, we were a little unsure about what we'd gotten into, but as you can see it ended up being a great place to stay! We followed the recommendation from google maps to use the northeast parking garage (we were able to plug that into our google map). There was plenty of parking when we arrived. We entered into the Casino area. I know there were several reviews about it smelling of smoke, and I really don't have much of a tolerance for it, but we didn't think it smelled bad. We walked through the casino area looking for the buffet, and we didn't come across anyone smoking. Buffet We had no wait in the buffet line. We paid and we were seated. The waitress immediately grabbed our drinks. Most of the buffet is served cafeteria style, which I prefer. We were pretty pleased with that they had to offer. I liked the asian dishes pretty well, and then the prime rib and sausage were good, and the desserts were delicious. There were other foods that weren't so good, too, such as their fried offerings. The waitress didn't let our cups go dry, and she was quick to remove any finished plates. She even brought some coffee for us to enjoy our dessert with. The Grand Theater We finished and made our way to the concert theater. We walked in and used the restrooms, which were very nice and clean. We passed by the merchandise table and headed straight for the theater. We walked in and very much loved the layout of the theater. It is such an intimate setting. We were on the 200 level seats, great view. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. Of course, the concert was amazing. Parking Garage We left and headed back to the parking garage. The girl behind the desk was the same one on the phone and again, she was everything I would hope for in a friendly face to greet me as a guest at a hotel. I'm not even a rewards member with this chain but I felt like I'd been staying with them my whole life. She checked us in and gave us a quick briefing on WiFi and breakfast. Our rooms couldn't have been more perfect. Spacious!!! We had a king in one room and two queens in the other. I love the updated neutral decor. Probably my favorite thing was the anti-fog mirrors in the bathroom. Soooo cool!! Even better was the ambient lighting around the frame of the mirror so you're not blinded by the ceiling light in the middle of the night. The beds were very comfortable. My husband doesn't like to sleep in any bed but his own and even he liked these beds and pillows. We all slept great! I would definitely stay here again. I would actually go out of my way to stay here again. Customer service is my number one factor when rating businesses and this place would have four stars even without all of the other perks, based solely on the fantastic customer service I received during my stay.

Has a horseshoe pit (Jenga and perhaps some card games would be great), has nice fire pit next to the grill pavilion overlooking the pond below, has trails to hike; just a beautiful place and we along with friends didn't want it to end. Especially compared to Winstar or Choctaw. But we actually enjoyed a change of pace and different atmosphere than the mega casinos. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The casino, restrooms, and beverage area were CLEAN! There were also a few slot machines that you can't find at the other big casinos. And while smoking is allowed, it was not overwhelming like at other casinos. We only had a short amount of time to spend at the West Bay Casino, but one day we will book a room or maybe one of the cabins which looked really nice and spend a weekend here. The pool and outdoor patio area looked very nice as well and the view of Lake Texoma is great. Don't pass up this little hidden gem!
