This library is located on the grounds of the Oswego County Courthouse and is close to Washington Square Park. Gray with blue trip, it has a single door.
Inside, a single shelf that is a jumble of books stacked up. It was a bit drizzly today and the ground was wet or I might have pulled them out to organize. I was unable to tell what sort of books but some appear to be childrens.
It is Charter 1746 and is one of the lowest numbers I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, it's not in the Little Free Library database or map so I don't know who is the steward.
