What happens to me is still unresolved, reading past reviews, my only resort is perhaps through police 1. I sent my chromebook for screen repair 2 weeks ago, the ower responded with a promise to repair in one hour with $160 estimate 2. Upon receiving the chromebook, he changed to color is different so new estimate is $240 and need to wait for the part, new estimate 1 week. Ok, I thought fine, that happens 3. From then on, things got out of control, no ready after 1 week. Ok, I will give another few days. 4. Now he is not responding to anything, no reply to yelp message, no response in phone calls (voice mail full) I will update my result, and I wish other people can re-sort yelp reviews in chronological order
