Elise understood everything we wanted - and made sure we got it! We ended up with a completely different menu than what we had first envisioned, but Elise and the team were so accommodating with all the changes. Furthermore, Elise was extremely helpful in offering as much help as needed for last minute venue walk-throughs and alcohol-permit issues. The level of care and attention spent on logistical aspects is also directly reflected in the thoughtfulness put into the food and service. Our guests could not stop raving about the shrimp and grits appetizer! Many thanks to Elliott's catering for helping us host our event. We are so thankful to have been able to team up with such a phenomenal catering team.
