Now if you're hungry many options for food surround you. You buy your tickets and popcorn all at the same spot. But if you want an alcoholic beverage they have a bar. Yes you can sip spirits while you watch the show. Nice touches. We came to see the movie, "Buddy." We happened to find this AMC local theater with the aid of the Yelp app! They have an AI generated feature that will allow directions. Now the chairs at this theater are not so good. They definitely need a little extra attention. The chairs will not hug you. But as you watch the flick the screen is loud. You have lots of leg room to sit. We are in an older theater but it did the trick. The popcorn was fresh. They have unlimited refills for slurping the slurpee and your favorite beverage. All in all we had a wonderful time. The service was so and it could be cleaner, but it's time to watch the show now.

There were seats with what I assume to be dried cheese (I hope). The seats are torn up and dirty. There's even a weird smell to the place. they're not even trying to keep up with the place or upgrade it to the point where it's at least closer in comfort to say Tinseltown or Excape, they've really let this place go and still charging full price. At the Ohio Movie Theater on Main Street there is a Bronze Star on the sidewalk talking about the movie, the stars and the movie Premiere that was held here in Madison at the Ohio Theater.. The Ohio Theatre was built in 1938 and is located in the small Ohio River town of Madison, Indiana. The site where the theater sits first housed a nickelodeon in the early-1900's, then a movie theatre called the Little Grand Theatre, which burned in 1937. Rebuilt as the Ohio Theatre in 1938, it ran first run movies until it closed in 1993. Renovated and reopened in 1996, the now-twinned Ohio continues to show mid-run family targeted movies (no R-rated films) and also operates as a venue for various live events throughout the year.

Regardless of which theatre owns this building I'll always have great nostalgic memories here from early dates with my wife back in high school to probably the over 50 cartoons, Pixar, marvel and Star Wars movies I've brought my kids to over the last 13 years. I will say in my opinion. Cinemark has been the best owner. Overall I love going to the movies and we do it quite frequently.
