It's always clean and 9 times out of 10 service is wonderful. HOWEVER, tonight my family and I decided to do a Saturday fergies night. We got greeted by a sweet lady who was very kind and polite. Then our waitress came. The waitress I speak of had two diamond piercings in her face. She was absolutely rude, unkind, and not helpful. My water was empty, almost all of dinner, and when I asked her for a box she rolled her eyes. I understand people of bad day but every interaction she had with our table was negative. Very unfortunate as this is one of our favorite places to come and now this experience ruined our family dinner.
