Food is good. Service is not the greatest, they tend to work very slow at this location. I would recommend ordering on the app, and picking up once you get an alert that your food is in the portal. Do not show up early thinking you'll get it quicker. You'll just either wait in the tiny parking lot or inside where it is more humid than the rainforest. Good food though. read more

came & ordered around 10:30 & was told a cheese pizza & crazy bread would take 10 minutes. cool, no problem! BUT paid at 10:32,& when I went to hand my child a breadstick, at 10:35 while driving down the highway- having literally 0 wait & almost home- I find the breadsticks were cold, stale, & covered in unmelted butter. tried calling the store to order ahead previously but their line was busy so tried again afterwards to explain our situation, with the same regard. also attached is the bag coated in the butter & cheese too & the pale breadsticks. read more

this place is a joke. we ordered and were told to wait in the back of the store, we waited for 30+ minutes with zero updates. when we finally went inside to ask for an estimated time, the employees didn't acknowledge anyone. not us, not the people who had already been waiting over an hour after ordering ahead. just straight up ignored. instead of doing their jobs, the girls in the back were laughing, giggling, and talking badly about customers. one girl with glasses literally said, "tell them it's going to be a wait because i'm tired of hearing them complain." maybe if you actually communicated with people, they wouldn't have to "complain." the attitude was nasty, lazy, and completely unprofessional. that girl especially should NEVER work in customer service again. if you hate customers that much, get a different job. people aren't wrong for asking questions after being left in the dark for half an hour. no communication, no respect, no urgency. just rude employees who clearly don't care. worst little caesar's experience i've ever had. if i could give it zero stars I WOULD. crazy read more

This location is a joke. None of the employees care, it looks like a daycare took over a little Caesar's location. Absolutely atrocious if I could zero star this place I would. I have given this location MULTIPLE changes to do this right. I have ordered on the app over the phone in person in drive-through and on neither of these visits can they get it right. I've ordered ahead on the app and showed up when it said that my order was ready and still waited for 40 minutes in there very dirty and filthy lobby. It is absolutely disgusting here. Let my daughter use their restroom while we were waiting for our order and the restroom looked worse than a truck stop toilet. Terrible customer service. No answer at the speaker for a few minutes so I drove up to the window. Several employees saw me and ignored me. No one came up for about five minutes. I asked for some cheese bread and they said they didn't have any ready, even though I was there about an hour before closing. The pizza I got was old and greasy. We pulled up to the drive thru , stayed there for about 10 minutes , never got acknowledged so we ended up pulling up to the window to see if we could place our order there since there was a line forming now , ended up being ignored by the two young ladies that were there although they both had headsets and clearly saw us there . We saw that someone that was behind us was also there waiting to place her order at the sensor and got ignored too . Really disappointing for such a big franchise . read more

This is a crappy little Ceasar's I went to get a pizza at. I actually found a insult written on my receipt. I am going to go tomorrow and talk to manager. I had to wait cause the didn't have pizza ready. So I waited for pizza. But the crappy part that pissed me off is that the cashier wrote on receipt "dork in suv". He probably wrote it so the person who brought it out to me would know what car to give it to. But this dummy messed up and gave receipt to me not knowing what was written in it. Like I said I am going there tomorrow to complain about this. I recommend not going to this place cause apparently the have terrible people with no dignity or pride in treating people with respect. I like little Ceasar's pizza but I'll never go to this one again and I hate to say this but this is why I tend not to shop or do business on the south side of town cause I have came across similar issues with other business when I have shopped or been on this part of town. Worst one ever! They have nothing but little kids working there. Pizza are never easy on time and everything is a wait. No customer service and very rude. Even the manager doesn't say anything he just stares when you are talking to him. When you go in no one greets you you have to call them.
