I'd recommend sauce in the side if you have to drive more than 10mins home so they don't get soggy, that's just me though. Unfortunately in the 10 minutes it took me to get home, the wings were soggy and lacked any texture. I think this is due to the cardboard containers used for take home orders, but if you toss them in an air fryer they crisp right back up.
