Service was timely. We only order every month or so but this past oct 3 2026 we ordered. Deep dish was fine. The other 2 were barely cooked and i had ordered both well done. One had banana peppers instead of black olives. We could have dealt with that but the underdone issue was a major faux pas. We switched from dominoes to little Cesar's over a year ago. I would have messaged the directly but saw no way to do that on the site and not hearing too well to talk on phone much. Attached see order to specify well done. Food is good service is a little iffy card or correct change is inconvenience trying to figure out whether you don't trust your employees with the money in the register to make change or are they not smart enough to make change? read more

Sometimes you just want the convenience of grabbing a pizza and will look at a national pizza chain as an option. This particular Little Caesar's Pizza was convenient to my hotel and just off of Interstate 231 in the relatively small rown of Ozark, Alabama. The service was friendly enough and the pizza was what you would expect from a Little Caesar's Pizza, which I consider to be a fast-food version of pizza. read more

Little Caesars Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Ozark, Alabama

Literally one of the few local little Caesars that doesn't give me any issues. Their pizzas taste better too.

It has been a long time since I have eaten at a Little Caesars Pizza. The whole family came here the day after thanksgiving because we were all tired of thanksgiving leftovers. We ordered five pizzas. The pizzas were great tasting and one big thing I wanted to add was they put a generous amount of toppings on each pizza. I'll be back here for sure. read more

Employees aren't using gloves when putting raw condiments on the pizza nor are they wearing any hair nets! The one girl with the extremely long hair doesn't have it properly pulled up; it's literally flying around everywhere and I hope none of it got in my pizza read more

Ordered 30 minutes in advance online went to go pick it up and just gave me a dirty look and said what's your name and preceded to tell me that the pizza hasn't even been put in the oven read more

Spoke to manager and he also was horrible dealing with customers. If u want a better review get better workers. Im only giving one star because i hace to but it really is a fat zero read more

this location has poor employees, poor work ethic, no sense of urgency or the quality of the food. they never answer the phone. even if a local business that has performed work for their building. still can't get through, to make the correct changes to this company bill, that they currently have an outstanding balance for! the mailman can't deliver to this address, because thier isn't a mailbox. doordashers wait an exceptionally long time to get their orders at this location, when doordash should be a priority. on top of that, never got any of the hot and ready pizzas available??? i have a strong dislike for this location.... read more

this is my second review for little Caesars. the first time I purchased a pizza it was terribly grease soaked. I decided to give it another try. today's Italian sausage pizza and cheesey bread sticks were fabulous, especially the bread sticks. read more

My husband and I stopped through this location after he picked me up from the airport after a long day of travel. The older lady at the counter evidently was in training and did not know what buttons to press for a deep dish Hawaiian and a simple cheese pizza. She had to ask a coworker to help but explained she was new and still learning. Ok, that's forgivable. Eventually she got our order put in after repeating it back to us about 6 times to make sure she had it right and took our payment. She told us it would be about 20 minutes. Our order was placed at 6:59 according to our receipt, so we went to wait outside. At about 7:13, I went to go peek in to see if there were any updates and as I walked in the door, the same lady who took the order was calling out my last name with 2 pizzas in her hand. As she handed them to me, she asked "did you pay for these?" I just gave her a blank stare. Don't they have a way of marking orders as paid? Why yes, I did pay. You were the one who took my payment 14 minutes ago. Which brings me to why I'm writing this review. She estimated 20 minutes. If that is how long it takes to make my pizza, I'm fine with that because I'm hungry and want to actually be able to eat it. From order to pizza in hand, it took 14 minutes as aforementioned. So our pizzas were actually "ready" in less than that. That's probably appropriate for the hot and ready cheese we ordered but for a deep dish Hawaiian? Maybe not so much. So we get home, throw a few pieces on some plates and sit down to eat. First, the cheese pizza was way overdone with the cheese bordering on burnt. I then took a couple of bites of the Hawaiian and was confused by the cold, soggy, spongy consistency I encountered. I looked at it and realized that the top half of my pizza just under the layer of cheese and sauce was raw dough -- so raw that, to me, it was inedible. My husband looked at the piece he had and said he didn't see anything wrong with it and continued eating...until he got to a point where it was actually raw ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO THE BOTTOM. Are you kidding me? Gross. So I turned our oven on and tried to salvage it by baking it the rest of the way, but at that point, it was late and I was so disgusted, I gave up. I have no unreasonable expectations of Little Caesar's pizza. But I expect it to at least be properly prepared. Is that too much to ask? We have never had good experiences with this location and we should have known better. This location makes literal garbage. Go to Daleville. read more

Thought to go here. The pizza looked like no one cared about how it was cut. The breadsticks were gross. It tasted like those you get in the frozen section and you couldn't get it baked right. The only thing that gave it two starts was how quickly I was in and out of there. Quality of the food was a zero for me. read more

I went here last night order a hot and ready pizza or so I thought. Instead of a regular pizza I got a thin crust pizza that look like it came from the frozen section at the store. I was so tired I didn't even go back to replace it had no taste and was so limp didn't even look fresh even though they cooked it fresh. read more

I was trying to find a pizza place open. I search Google only to see that they closed at 9pm. It was 9:30 PM. I decided to call anyway in the event the info on Google was incorrect. It was not. However, the manager answered my call anyway. She offered to stay open for me to have time to get there and pickup what was left. Here it is, after hours, and not only did she answer the phone, she waited for me to get some food. This is customer service that the world needs to see again. By the way, the food was great. read more
