Fries came out hot which was nice, but nothing's gonna wow you on that end. Oil definitely needed to be changed though to be honest. Can be good for certain purposes, but misses on other marks.

Another customer actually noticed how rude the interaction was and told my friend to come stand with me because of how I was being treated. That honestly says a lot. I understand that the receipt said boneless, and I understand that the original mistake was innocent. My issue was never the fact that they couldn't exchange the food....it was the way I was treated when I politely asked. Mistakes happen. What matters is how you treat customers afterward.
