We have NEVER had an issue with Hungry Howie's! They are always so friendly and professional. They quote us 30-35 minutes each time, and it has never been longer than 30 to be honest. Nicole and Brian have always ensured that we were satisfied with our order, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure that our food is perfect! I believe it was 11 in the morning until two in the afternoon. Finally got a chance to get there at that time. Went to try a slice. The person at the counter was very welcoming and accommodating. Friendly. Told me about how everything worked with their pizzas. Got a slice of pepperoni. And a slice of the daily special, which was their chicken pizza with banana peppers on it. It was delicious. Real pizza! It is nice to find a place that has real pizza and we will be returning for more. I'm not sure what it cost for a whole pie, but I'm sure it's well worth it as good as it tasted. Every location I've visited only has one person working, and that employee ends up getting completely swamped. There should be at least two people scheduled at each location: one to handle the back and another to answer phones, check customers out, and help in the back when possible. Instead, one person is expected to do everything, which isn't fair to the employees or the customers. I've been to several of this owner's locations, and they all seem to have the same issue. The staff are consistently great, but they are clearly being overworked because there isn't enough help. This owner needs to get his act together.
